Two Rhythms delivers therapeutic arts activities for people with a variety of physical and mental health needs, including profound disabilities, learning difficulties and Autism Spectrum Condition. We work across all ages, from young children to seniors. We welcome participants to our two specialist delivery sites in Cardiff, and we license our unique programme to organisations around the UK.

We provide emergency food parcels to clients in need who have been referred to us by partner referral agencies. We provide access to information and signposting to relevant services and organisations who can assist. As part of the Trussell Trust national network of foodbanks we also campaign for policy change to prevent the need for emergency food aid.

To relieve suffering and distress amongst persons endangered by accidents or natural hazards normally in South and Mid Wales, but without geographical limitation and to provide adequate arrangements for the secure and efficient search and rescue of any person or persons so endangered

We rescue and rehabilitate Border Collies. Most of the dogs that come into us have psychological/behavioural issues. This is usually due to being in the wrong homes with the wrong owners to suit their needs. Once the dog has settled in, we then start the rehabilitation process ready for the dog to find its forever home.

We champion conservation, our local community, culture and coastline. Enabling everyone to make the most of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. We support the best projects delivered by the best people. We raise funds to support and deliver a number of projects and activities with partners in Pembrokeshire.

WCB is the umbrella agency in Wales representing blind and partially sighted people and the clubs and societies that support them. We gather the opinions and views of people with sight loss through groups and consultation. We put their voice at the centre of what we do, reporting their views to the people who are responsible for the services that help them. We signpost people to these services.

Creu Cymru is the development agency for theatres and arts centres in Wales. Our mission is to develop a vibrant and progressive sector of theatres and arts centres and to increase access to high quality performing arts presentations for the people of Wales We deliver a programme of performances through a network of creative collaborations, and promote best practice through action-based research.

The Institute of Welsh Affairs is a membership-based think-tank and policy research institute aimed at promoting new thinking on Welsh issues. Its activities include the publication of research reports and discussion papers, and the organisation of seminars and conferences throughout Wales covering a range of interests, including the economy, education, health, and the environment.

Eden Education Centre provides Education to schools and Colleges working from foundation phase children (age3) through key stage 2, 3 and 4. This is delivered using the medium of Lego Education. lego Education uses STEM (science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) to deliver the curriculum in a fun and relevant way. Eden Education works closely with the local education authorities.

Codi Trust (formerly known as Pobl Trust) is a charitable arm of Codi Group. The aim of the Trust is to help improve the quality of life for people and communities across areas where Codi works. The Trust will donate up to £1000 per donation to good causes.

Training and education in film production and the promotion of equality and diversity specifically by working to eliminate discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation by supporting film productions made by winners of the Iris Prize, Cardiff's international lesbian and gay short film prize.

ROPASC is committed to enabling as many people as possible to worship at our current rented church. We try to enable people to live their Orthodox Christian faith through worship and prayer, raising awareness and understanding of Orthodox beliefs and practices, and their knowledge and trust in Our Lord Jesus Christ.
