Spirited will provide a wide range of opportunities for individuals to positively impact their own wellbeing and live an enriched life where they maintain their independence for as long as possible. Spirited centres around 5 principles of wellbeing and many of our projects are underpinned by more than 1 of these principles. The 5 principles are: Physical, Mental, Social, Financial and Nutritional.

We are a new charity working for the prevention or relief of poverty in the Democratic Republic of Congo. We provide or assist in the provision of education, training, housing , healthcare projects and all the necessary support designed to enable individuals to generate a sustainable income and be self-sufficient. We are focusing on lives of vulnerable children and women in Congo.................

Provision of support, relief, respite & early intervention to families in crisis.

BHR has returned from a trip to the Democratic Republic of Congo, were it collaborated with a local school. The school is made up of four main walls using scrap metal and some sheets, the children learn on the floor, together we have agreed to sponsor 35 children allowing them to gain education. We will now focus on reconstructing the school so the children will have a safe environment to learn.

We hold an annual charity ball, hold various fundraising activities such as raffles etc and we are also Sainsbury's Barry Charity of the Year
