We are a new charity working for the prevention or relief of poverty in the Democratic Republic of Congo. We provide or assist in the provision of education, training, housing , healthcare projects and all the necessary support designed to enable individuals to generate a sustainable income and be self-sufficient. We are focusing on lives of vulnerable children and women in Congo.................

Foodbank

Running an annual book festival in Cardiff and engaging in activities to promote and encourage reading, writing and debate.

Providing a watching and listening service along the coast for the safety and preservation of life.

Summer Fayre, Sports Day Diso for pupils, Prize Bingo for pupils and parents. Moneys raised are used to purchase resources for school.

The purpose of the charity is twofold. It is designed to preserve and repurpose a Grade 2 listed building to accommodate a community space and to be a centre for the Arts and Tourism. It also ensures the heritage associated with the community in that it is also a home to the local historical society and its associated artefacts.

The ABF is a UK-based organization that aims to support the communities in the UK through various services such as education, advocacy, and social integration programs. They may offer services such as language classes, job training, cultural events, and legal assistance, victims of natural disasters, helping refugees and asylum seekers in the UK

Support to the teaching of religious education to children in the Parish of Morriston

To advance education particularly by administrating funds and restricted endowments formerly held by the University of Wales

Provision of support, relief, respite & early intervention to families in crisis.

BHR has returned from a trip to the Democratic Republic of Congo, were it collaborated with a local school. The school is made up of four main walls using scrap metal and some sheets, the children learn on the floor, together we have agreed to sponsor 35 children allowing them to gain education. We will now focus on reconstructing the school so the children will have a safe environment to learn.

Property holding charity

The charity is developing a system which will allow it to film service personnel reading stories to their children. These will be able to be used whilst the personnel are on active deployment and will be a last memory for the children should their parent die on active service.

The Charity is a community based agency which exists to provide specialist confidential help and support to drug and alcohol users in Wales:- To help them live healthier lives;- To minimise physical, psychological, social and legal problems related to drug and alcohol use

The activities of DACW (Drug and Alcohol Charities Wales) are to promote good health in Wales through advocating good practice amongst its members and promoting the rights of individuals with substance misuse issues. The charity tenders for pan-Wales opportunities and will undertake research and promote innovation on behalf of its members.

Religious Organisation

None during this year.

We aim to provide a series of concerts/recitals/illustrated talks for public performance, given by choirs/musicians/speakers/actors, whose work is of a high standard and the best that we can afford to pay.

Promotion of the Scout Association movement for Cubs and Scouts in the Newton area of Mumbles, Swansea. The Scout Hut has also been used by the 1st Mumbles Rainbows and Brownies. During and since the Coronavirus Pandemic no activity has taken place other than storage of some additional equipment.

To support Llanover Hall Arts Centre in its ambition to provide Arts for All. To raise funds for the arts centre.
