We are offering support groups for people suffering with fibromyalgia and their partners and families and careers we do outreach to get information out there on fibromyalgia by holding awareness days

To encourage all residents of the Aberporth Ward and further afield to participate in sporting activities and events, with no discrimination to age, ability or origin. Diabetes Relief is set to increase the health and saving of lives for those who suffer with diabetes.We aim to provide funding to help support members of the community, who are suffering, sick, disabled or caring for someone living with diabetesWe will educate members of the public and help support diabetic suffers, by arranging support groups where they can come together.
