Friends of Hardie Park exist to improve the community of Stanford-le-Hope and surrounding areas by creating a place for the community to gather, play, talk and make a difference. We run various clubs and groups that help local people engage, give meaning to their lives and enable them to socialise in a non-judgmental accessible and welcoming environment.

RESTORATION CENTRE (RC) THROUGH BIBLE TEACHINGS HELP TO RESTORE LIVES AND DREAMS. CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE PEOPLE CAN GROW IN FAITH AND FULFILL GODLY PURPOSE. PROVIDES SERIES OF SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY SUCH AS CHRISTMAS PARTY FOR THE ELDERLY AT THE SHELTERED HOME AND RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME. RC SUPPORTS OTHER CHARITIES AND PLAYS AN ACTIVE ROLE IN ENHANCING COHENSION IN THE COMMUNITY.

Thurrock African Group is a community / voluntary organisation aimed at promoting the interest of African communities in Thurrock through information sharing, soliciting tolerance, developing projects to facilitate community cohesion and linkage with wider Thurrock community.

2nd Stanford-le-Hope Scout Group exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society

For the promotion of the arts for the benefit of the public through the presentation of dramatic and other arts in particular opera.For the advancement of education of the public in dramatic and other arts, predominantly in the Thames Gateway area.

Holiday and leisure opportunities. Support for members and carers. Health and fitness sessions for our members with fully qualified instructors.Charity bungalow for members to hire in all seasons.Social outings throughout the year.

Manage The Community House on Seabrooke Rise Estate in Grays. Run a community cafe, providing skills,training and qualifications to upskill individuals. Increase employment skills, reduce anti social behaviour, reduce social isolation and increase inclusion. Manage & hire out community hall for individuals and organisations to run events, parties , training.

London Waterkeeper defends rivers and challenges polluters. All of London's rivers are failing - being damaged by road run-off, sewage and too often ignored.London Waterkeeper seeks to use the law to target polluters, highlight pollution where it happens and outline the solutions needed to make our rivers healthy.

The objectives of the Scout Group are as a unit of the Scout Association. The aim of the Scout Association is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

RAISING STANDARD FOR CHRIST THROUGH CHRIST TEACHING, RAISING CHAMPION FOR CHRIST BY RAISING STANDARD IN THE COMMUNITY, EDUCATING BY TEACHING AND COUNSELLING TO ENABLE PEOPLE TO REALISED DESIRE FULFILMENT AND PURPOSE.

We run a Village Hall for all of the local residents and wider community to make bookings for the hall at their required designated time slot.We ensure that the hall is clean, well maintained and fit for purpose to provide an good facility for meetings, celebrations and other gatherings.

The Martial Academy is a registered charity based in the ward of Tilbury St. Chads in the Borough of Thurrock. The charity aims to empower local citizens to take personal responsibility for their health and well-being by providing a a health and wellbeing solution for local residents that can be accessed close to home.

The charity's principal activities continues to be advancing the Christian faith, relieving persons in conditions of need or hardship advancing education in accordance with Christian principles.

Weddings, Parties, Church meetings, Keep Fit, Weight Watchers, Community Theatre and all Social events that you would expect from a community hall.

Preaching the gospel, offering relief and charitable activities and holding of cultural activities and networking with other charities and organisations.
