It is received dividends and not the consolidated trading income that is available to the Foundation. The trading group is a 'Social Investment' that also furthers the Foundation's charitable aims.

Sightsavers works with partners in developing countries to eliminate avoidable blindness and promote equality of opportunity for disabled people.
