The Mount Elgon Foundation seeks to preserve the natural and cultural heritage of Mount Elgon on the Kenya-Uganda border. Our initial focus is to support the Mount Elgon Elephant Project that aims to protect the Elgon cave elephants and mitigate human-elephant conflict. It includes funding the development of sustainable livelihoods. Other projects will be supported when funding is available.

Through Faith Missions (TFM) exists to do evangelism, serving local churches and involving many other Christians in the task. It is supported entirely by gifts, from individuals and from churches and does not charge fees for its work.Through Faith Missions statement of faith is the Apostle's Creed and our vision is to see the Gospel of Jesus Christ spread throughout the UK and abroad.

First, the advancement of the Christian faith in the UK and abroad by such means as the trustees may consider appropriate including (but not limited to) the worship of God; the preaching of the Christian Gospel; the teaching of Christian doctrine. Secondly, the relief of persons who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress or who are aged, sick or disabled in the UK and abroad.

At the moment we operate in South Africa and Uganda. We run school and after school programmes, teaching life skills to children from 4 to 12 years old. Teenagers who have been through the programme are taught leadership skills and trained to lead and care for the younger children. We also visit the children's families, offering emotional and food support where necessary.

We provide free swimming lessons and drowning prevention education to underprivileged children who live along the earth's open water: rivers, lakes and oceans.

Maranata Fellowship will provide support for the public benefit, to relief those in need in Romania and Uganda through the provision of grants, items and services to individuals in need and/or charities, or other organizations, working to assist such individuals. It will focus on the advancement of Christian faith through its own representatives or with the aid of other NGO's.

Relief of sickness,protection and preservation of the health of persons of limited means,residing.in other countries,affected by groin & abdominal wall hernias generally by provision of financial assistance, surgical operations, surgical equipment, surgical facilities, practical advice and education; teaching of hernia surgery. Provision of needs in other medical and surgical specialties arising.

Our mission is to reach out to Gods Children in South Western Uganda by supporting orphan,abandoned and needy children into the education system for those unable to help themselves and give them better rural facilities of accommodation,water and sanitation where there is identified needs.The upgrading of local school facilities is a part of our work together with a Children's Transition Centre

ServeDirect is a small, UK registered charity that partners with locally run, community- based projects, concentrating on supporting the areas of education and health. Our main focus is with the community of Lukomera, Central Uganda and within Gulu, Northern Uganda. Partner projects include; a secondary boarding school, a health centre and two primary resource & teacher training centres.

Helping Uganda Educate. Raising funds to support education, health and wellbeing of children who would otherwise be denied it. Running a primary school for children in Nabugabo, South west Uganda. Subsequently assisting children through secondary education. Engagement with community projects as necessary and able.

Funding raising to provide funds to church activities

SHOCC is the official charity of St Mary's University, Twickenham, and works with the poorest and most marginalized in society. It provides support for organizations working in its local area and overseas and is involved in the support of schools in Kenya, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda and an HIV/AIDS project in Guatemala.
