RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS, PARTICULARLY FOR CHILDREN.

The advancement of health or saving of lives, the general public/mankind, provides services, religious activities, the prevention or relief of poverty, general charitable purposes, provides advocacy/advice/information.

OARFDC has been a registered Charity since July 2006 (Registration Number 1115456). We work to benefit and educate African Refugees, Asylum Seekers and their families mainly from Central Africa. We are the only Refugee Groups in Oxford that address social welfare of refugees through Sports. We are affiliated to Football Association, We support refugees, Asylum seeker to break in sports industry.

Supporting smallholder fish farming activities (marine and freshwater, fish, shellfish and plants) together with assisting their growth and development by co-operative and other structures. Providing technological input covering all areas of aquaculture and assisting the education and development of resource poor fish farmers and their organisations and structures both in country and remotely.

A charity that partners with local community groups to support sustainable change, through educating and empowering whole communities, in areas that need it most, starting with Uganda. Our three core principles are education for all, bringing out the best and connecting people. We do this through supporting purposeful projects with financial, intellectual and physical resources.

Fundraising for various projects in South Sudan, Uganda and the surrounding region. Starting and managing projects that directly meet the needs of local people.

To meet the needs of Karamojong children and their community in Uganda.To meet those needs mainly by support to a primary school in the provision of text books and other supplies and by providing buildings and equipment at the school. To provide educational bursaries. To assist the school and other areas of the community with nutritional meals and other forms of support.

ALA holds an international conference every two years. See information about us and the next conference at www.languageawareness.org ALA awards a small number of conference attendance stipends. It is also closely linked to the Language Awareness journal and is normally consulted about the appointment of its editor, a member of the ALA Board. Membership includes subscription to the journal.

We promote education both young and adult, we cater for the disabled through respite care, religious activities and sports as well as relief or poverty, we promote art and culture and provide counselling for drug and substance misuse.Trips for the youth as well as outdoor fair for the elderly.Organizations affiliated to us are God Is Our Light Mount Olives Church and Higher Calling.

The financial support of registered charities, especially Christian churches and societies, organisations working for the relief of poverty and deprivation, and community projects. This entails giving grants to organisations which fulfil the continuing interests of the trustees and recently have focussed on the north of England and work overseas.

Assist in building simple homes for young people in Uganda where parents have been unable to complete homes. Sponsor children by assisting in their education and helping families who are vulnerable and in need due to unfortunate circumstances.

Birth Aid provides equipment, training of clinicians and treatment for women who have sustained injuries related to child brith in the developing world.

1. Advise and care for less provileged people. 2. Counseling and attending burials. 3. Organise Social Event, Dinner, Dance and Drinks with free Admission.4. Care for children in Keyo Yoopolo and Masaka in Uganda and Ivory Coast. We currently have over 237 Children in our care.5. One pound charity hot Meal has been in operation since 10/03/2015 in London to feed the less privileged .

The construction of water tanks

The Charity exists to support strategic planning, policy development, evaluation and education of key people in resource poor countries who are delivering care for people at the end of life.

1)To advance the religion of Islam by enlightening others mainly through distributing copies of the Quran (including translations to other languages). 2)By distributing the Manzoom Tarjuman Quran, a direct translation of the Quran in the language Urdu in poetry style. It is not simply a translation of the Quran, but is written in a poetry format without adding certain words to translate the Quran.
