The GNDR's activities centre around the collaborative action in support of implementing the Hyogo Framework for Action (HFA) including the Views from the Frontline (VFL) initiative which produces reports of progress. The MS International Federation is a global network of organisations. We facilitate volunteers going into schools or attending specific speed-networking events to talk to girls about their life, career, choices and experiences. We also manage an online video library where girls can find interviews of volunteers talking about their careers.

The Organisations objectives and activities contribute to public benefit through a grant-making programme exclusively for charitable purposes. Donors may suggest to the Trustees how their donation might be distributed to organisations carrying out charitable activities anywhere in the world. These funds are then used by the associated organisations to achieve their charitable purposes.
