WE ALSO HAVE A SOCIAL AFTERNOON ONCE A MONTH WHERE WE MEET TO PLAY SCRABBLE ETC. OR KNIT/CROCHET AND CHAT. WE FUND RAISE TO HELP PAY FOR THE SPEAKERS AND ENJOY TRIPS OUT TO PLACES OF INTEREST.

CCHF All About Kids (Formerly known as Children's Country Holidays Fund) is a registered national charity, founded in 1884. We exist to give disadvantaged children a range of residential activity and respite breaks. We improve the quality of children's lives and help them to recognise their potential in a safe and happy environment.

PROVIDES SERVICES OF RECORDING, OBSERVATION, UNDERSTANDING OF FLORA AND FAUNA OF BRITISH ISLES

LEUCAN embraces families living in the area from Shoreham to Chichester with children with leukaemia, cancer or bone marrow failure. The self-help group offers comfort, support and advice, along with financial assistance to families who have unexpected expenses and travel costs. The group also organises social events to enable families to meet in informal situations.

Fund-raising summer & christmas fairs

Sussex Coast Talking News (SCTN) provides blind and visually impaired listeners resident along the West Sussex coast with free fortnightly local news and a magazine recorded and dispatched on CD or USB sticks. We are run entirely by volunteers and operate from a studio in Rustington, West Sussex.

To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Northchapel and surrounding area the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare, & to improve lives

Development of the courses for Christian Disciples that form the basis of the Genuine Imitation materials. Making financial donations to others in order to help in some small way those in poverty or under personal threat to their safety who are known to the Trust.

SCOUT GROUP

Supplies speakers and research help to schools, presents monthly displays and lectures, holds an annual exhibition, collects and researches information and material on local area. Produces publications on related topics. Co-operates with local authority on conservation areas and preservation of the built and natural environment.

The Haslemere Penny Ha'penny Trust is a GRANT making Trust for Community Organisations in the Haslemere (Surrey) area.The Trust will have specific projects each year that it considers will benefit the community.

To provide a voluntary twenty four hour stand by system of unpaid responders alerted by the West Sussex Ambulance Service in the area of Henfield Village

Providing free educational advice.Organising monthly gatherings, Chinese festive events.Providing English language and cultural awareness training opportunities for people of Chinese origins.Providing Chinese language and cultural awareness training courses for non-Chinese people. Chinese Day at schools, After-school Chinese Clubs have been established around East and West Sussex.

Care and administration of Allotments

Our activities includes:Preaching the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ through Crusades/Bible teaching serminars/-conferences and reaching out to the poor/needy in the United Kingdom and the world over.

The Barns Green Monday Club for over sixties provides fortnightly activities and excursions throughout the year.

Raising money to distribute to other charities or other deserving causes.
