We support disadvantaged communities primarily in Tanzania but also in the UK. We send donations for food and provisions to families that are living in abject poverty. We sponsor students to enable them to attend school in areas where there is little or no state education. We do not offer individual grants but prefer to work with charitable organisations that have knowledge of the local area.

Girlguiding UK enables girls and young women to develop their potential and to make a difference to the world. The organisation offers a programme of learning and challenges for girls aged 5 to 25, with adult support. Horsham Division also maintains a Headquarters and a campsite to support some of these activities and ensure that the volunteer adults are appropriately trained and governed.

The Society is concerned with the maintenance and upkeep of the environment in the village with special emphasis on the Aldwick Duck Pond and it's immediate surroundings. All planning applications within the Parish are monitored and comments made as appropriate.
