Groups that use the centre, old time dancing, gateway club, keep-fit, active living, messey monsters, physibodies, jujitsu, ballet, street dance, mums & tots, lins-holiday club, first aid, aerobics, baby massage, eyff training.

Our activities are the provision of daily drop in advice and information services on, heath welfare benefit, housing,social services, racial harassment, domestic violence mentoring, carrying for older peoples and counselling, outreach work in visiting detainees, dissemination of information ,provision of supplementary education and we provided a cultural and social event, seminars, workshops

The Charity's objects are to promote any charitable purpose for the health and benefit by the advancement of education, the protection and preservation of health and the relief of poverty and distress in particular, but without limitation for the benefit of the community in Greater Manchester.

The Emma Cosgrove Foundation provides relief for teenagers and young people suffering from cancer themselves or distressed by having a family member or friend with cancer by the provision of support, assistance or positive experiences to aid relief.

The advancement of the Christian Religion by the proclamation and furtherance of the Good News of God concerning His Son Jesus Christ the Lord and the preaching and teaching of the Bible, the Word of God Such other charitable purposes as shall further the attainment of the above objects of the Church or as laid down in the Bible.

The objects of the Shevington and District Community Association are:1. To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Shevington . . .to advance education and provide facilities . . . for recreation and leisure time occupation . . . improving the conditions of life especially for the lonely and isolated in our community

The Amy Leigh Barnes Charitable Foundation provides grants to fund projects that address issues of Domestic Abuse (physical, sexual, emotional and/or mental abuse), and projects that offer provision to children and young people including educating through creative activities.

Charity area is the Parish of GolborneNormal individual grants in the range -£100 to -£250 though larger grants may be given

We are a Primary Special Needs School which deals with children with complex needs 2 - 10 years of age

Educational - operate a supplementary Saturday SchoolCultural - have regular monthly cultural activities and an annual Culture WeekCommunity services - assist a number of community group and organizations with facilities to hold a numb or community activities; fun days, social gatherings, meetings

The activities we have is bingo and dominoes, we also have dancing and also a chat where they all have a good say about whats going on. I have quite a few that are disabled and enjoy coming and getting out, when its someone's birthday we make a party for them then they are not alone.

Makes grants to other charities and charitable bodies

The Charity deals with general charitable purposes. In particular we promote education/training, relief of poverty, overseas aid and famine relief, religious activities. We help children/young people, elderly/old people, people of a particular ethnic or racial origin, other charities/voluntary bodies. In general we carry out the above by making grants available to individuals and organisations.

We help collect and send humanitarian aid from Manchester to people affected by the war in Ukraine. We also run a community hub in Prestwich, Manchester, where we support Ukrainians living in Greater Manchester. Our charity helps people learn more about Ukraine, its language, culture and heritage.

Education of the public through the publication of monographs and editions of documents concerned with Lancashire and Cheshire for the purpose of furthering knowledge of their history.

1. Lord Mayor of Manchester can nominate up to 10 Non-Jewish Charitable institutions in Manchester. 2. President of council of Manchester and Salford Jews can nominate up to 10 Jewish Charitable Institutions Request -ú20 used to cover cost of prayers for Mr & Mrs Levy on anniversaries of their deaths.3. Mayor of Tel-Aviv can nominate such Jewish Charitable Institutions at his discretion.

THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM SICKLE CELL DISEASE AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION, AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR SUCH PERSONS AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS HAVING NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES DUE TO THE EFFECT/IMPACT OF SICKLE CELL.

Promotion of life better lifestyle for women

To undertake such activities and to raise funds to be applied for the benefit of the inhabitants of Atherton ,Manchester and the surrounding area.

Carry out fundraising activities such as Spring and Christmas Fairs, Quiz Nights and Book Sales to support special purchases and projects for the Museum.Provide volunteer support for the Museums events.

The principle activity is the advancement and teaching of the Christian Faith in accordance with the Statements of Faith and Practice of the Independent Methodist Connexion
