The charity's mission is to provide free access to quality medical information to healthcare staff in the developing world. It produces educational films and other resources for distribution to healthcare workers.

To help children and young people disadvantaged through poverty, disability or otherwise vulnerable, in partnership with locally-managed centres in Africa and India. We also support well-prepared volunteers to offer practical help, skill-sharing and friendship.

Restore Community was set up to run community transformation projects. It is currently running the Oakwood Hill Community Centre and one in Trinity Church as well as the Loughton Grow Community Garden. The Virtual Doctors run by the charity aims to provide doctor-supported diagnostic assistance to remote communities in Africa, using telemedicine.
