Lapis Lazuli Schools raises money in the UK by collecting donations and running a charity shop. The funds raised have been used to support the education of boys and girls in Central Asia. The shop operates in central London under the name Pop Up 38 in spaces donated by landlords in Soho, Covent Garden and Kings Cross. The shop sells pre-loved clothing and handicrafts created by supporters.

Form Common Change groups with each member regularly giving finances to a Common Fund available for charitable giving (small grants) for the prevention or relief of poverty and/or financial crisis and hardship, as such needs are identified & agreed by members. Garstang Town Trust are responsible for running the market and upkeep of several listed buildings in Garstang after which surplus money may be given in grants to local groups to help them with their projects.
