The Hospice of St Francis (Berkhamsted) Ltd aims to achieve the best quality of life for patients with life-limiting illness, using the skills of a highly trained team of staff and volunteers in the therapeutic environment of the Hospice, at home, and elsewhere.

The aims of the Charity are to engage in activities for the exclusive benefit of the Royal Hospital Chelsea (RHC) which has provided a fitting home for retired army veterans since 1692. Its main activities are to raise funds for capital investment projects of the RHC and to cover costs not met by the Grant in Aid funding which the RHC receives from the Ministry of Defence.

We operate on democratic principles and students are represented by our Members Democratic Process. We provide services such as Student Advice; Jobs, Skills and Volunteering; Student Groups; Hall Reps; Student Voice; Mentor Scheme; Community Wardens; Venues and marketing services. We campaign on student related local, national and international issues and also support work of the NUS.

activeNewham provide facilities for recreation, sporting or other leisure time occupation. We have been working with the London Borough of Newham to deliver leisure, sports and volunteering opportunities in Newham since January 2013. Our mission is to support local people to become more active in the local community and we do this by running five leisure centres in Newham.

Promoting the interests and welfare of members at the University of Southampton representing, supporting and advising members being the recognised representative channel between members and the University and others providing social, cultural, sporting activities and forums for discussions and debate for its members; involving members in their wider community and raising funds for other charities.

AS SPECIALISTS IN END OF LIFE CARE, OUR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS THE CARE AND SUPPORT OF OUR PATIENTS, THEIR FAMILIES AND THEIR FRIENDS. Operation Smile is an international volunteer based medical services charity providing free reconstructive surgery and aftercare to children and young adults around the world, primarily for cleft lips and/or palates. In the UK, we raise funds to treat facial deformities, recruit and supply medical volunteers, help train local medical teams/build infrastructure & public raise awareness.

We're helping children develop the reading skills they need to succeed in school and beyond, by creating flexible volunteering at the heart of our communities.

Our activities include the following service provision to our students; representation, welfare, sporting clubs & cultural societies, volunteering, skills development,campaigning, social activities and entertainments, media, fundraising, employment, accomodation, safety transport, market days, sustainability initiatives, equality and liberation initiatives, employability.

The charity provides support for national animal welfare organisations and locally based re-homing centres through a combination of grants, joint fundraising activities and events. The charity also operates small animal adoption centres in a large number of Pets at Home stores.

Keele SU operates a number of activities and services, all for the benefit of its members.Activities include; community representation and advocacy to influence the student experience, individual representation and advocacy to support students facing difficulties, community-based student activities, volunteering and sports facilitation, retail, catering, printing and entertainments.

Providing University of Bristol students with social, sporting and volunteering opportunities, advice, support and democratic representation.

The principle activities of the charity is supporting the worlwide evangelistic activities of The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association such as My Hope UK, Internet Evangelism etc.; fundraising to support these activities; distributing Billy Graham books, literature and recordings; training for evangelism;providing general ministry support to enquirers and exploring evangelistic opportunties.
