To support and make a positive difference within the communities that it works in and which its staff, and the offices, staff servants and agents of PJ Carey's, along with others reside; through volunteering and charitable endeavours to the benefit of the public within its community.

Hand in Hand provides practical and emotional support to vulnerable members of the Jewish community, including children with special educational needs and disabilities, the elderly, the hospitalised and the housebound. Through weekly visits from trained teenage volunteers, we deliver companionship, mentorship and practical assistance, fostering connection and emotional wellbeing for those in need.

The National CLT Network supports and promotes the work of Community Land Trusts (CLTs) in England and Wales. CLTs are local organisations set up and run by volunteers to develop and manage homes as well as other assets. We campaign for a more supportive policy and funding environment for CLTs; raise awareness of CLTs; support CLTs and provide access to expert support

We support people experiencing mental, physical & emotional wellbeing problems to understand recovery and move forward with their ambitions. We achieve this by providing a range of support services including lifestyle coaching, group activities, and a range of talking therapies. We provide practical mental wellbeing support through mentoring, courses, volunteering opportunities and support groups.

Management and conservation of habitats and wildlife, especially amphibians and reptiles. Educational, and training activities and working with volunteers in communities to promote wildlife conservation.

To raise funds for Bristol Museums' and Bristol Archives' collections, historic buildings, learning and community activities, exhibitions, events and allied activities in order to conserve the collections and make them widely accessible.

Building enterprising & aspirational communities by developing resilience, skills & knowledge of unemployed or inactive residents to find jobs; explore enterprise and self-employment; & gain experience from further training, education courses or volunteering. Activities include personal coaching, specialist enterprise & employability advice & guidance, workshops, accredited courses, and events.

To;- promote charitable giving through Card Aid and the Good Gifts Catalogue- provide opportunities to help others through volunteering (Knit for Peace - knitting for those in need at home and abroad)- provide advice and practical help to charities to enable them to be more effective. - create and fund income generating activities which provide employment and are sustainable.

The foundation is continuing to diversify and expand it's investment portfolio in order to generate investment income. The investment income will then be applied for charitable purposes. The charity is grant making and intends to increase it's level of charitable giving in future periods.

GoMAD is set up to provide volunteers with the opportunity to make a difference in a rural community in Northern Tanzania, specifically the Diocese of Mara. Home-Start Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre offers informal and friendly support to families with young children, providing a lifeline to parents and children in the area of Blackpool, Fylde, and Wyre. Support is provided by fully trained volunteers in the home or at group and is free, confidential and non-judgemental. The quality of this is maintained by working to national standards via Home-Start UK.

VANL is a Council for Voluntary Service (CVS). Its core work is to support, promote and develop the voluntary and community sector (VCS) within North Lincolnshire. As well as its core activities for members, at any one time VANL manages a variety of projects running on both a small and large scale.

Hambleton Community Action offers services for the local community in the Northallerton & Bedale area eg volunteer befriending and carer's respite sitting services, volunteer driver schemes, a moped loan scheme . It also offers social activities and a shopping scheme and it supports people wishing to volunteer. It also provides advice, information and support to voluntary & community groups.

To organise and promote the traditional Carnival Procession held annually in November, the annual Carnival Concert held annually in early October, the traditional Squibbing display held after the carnival procession and fund raising in furtherance of the above. All these events take place in Bridgwater, Somerset.

Rescue and rehabilitate unwanted and abandoned animals, mostly dogs, cats and rabbits. Staffed by Volunteers who are responsible for all aspects of the rescues work. Animals are cared for in foster homes. Run a 24 hour Helpline. Operate an online Lost and Found service. Support a number of food banks with pet food. Foster the pets of owners in crisis working with various agencies.

To promote aeronautical education of the young and, through counselling and the award of scholarships and bursaries, to encourage students to follow careers in aviation and the aerospace industry. In pursuance of these objectives the Trustees & Chief Executive Office seeks to encourage support through relevant journals, magazines, the Air League's own website and fund raising events and donations.

Fundraising and distribution to charitable programmes

We are a small Charitable Trust with 2 unique and specialist vehicles; part-coach, part-ambulance known as 'Jumbulances', designed for transporting over long distances in safety and comfort with the help of volunteer nurses, doctors, carers and helpers, those who disabled or suffering from life-limiting illnesses who find it too difficult or even impossible to use other means of transport.

Sandwell African Caribbean Mental Health Foundation provides services predominantly for Black African, Caribbean, Black dual heritage adults recovering from mental illness and the wider community. Beneficiaries reside in and around Sandwell. We offer support focused on, recovery, employment, peer support, ex-offenders, volunteering, activities, carers, user forum, outreach, and family support.

A community network mobilising young professionals to volunteer to support their older neighbours with a little extra time, practical help, social connection and human companionship in the London boroughs of Southwark and Lambeth. We operate 2 core activities: Social Clubs, which bring different demographics together through group activities; and a one-to-one Love Your Neighbour project.
