Childcare Charities

The principal objectives of the charity are:? the advancement of education of children below compulsory school age? the provision of facilities for recreation for such children in the interest of social welfare and with the object of improving their conditions of life by providing for all children without discrimination a safe and satisfying pre-school environment

Childcare 3months to 14 years, full day care, plus Before school, After School and Holiday Club during School Holidays

Parent and Toddler sessions, pre school sessions for children of 3yrs to 5yrs and General gymnastics session for children at full time school, Teengym and adult gym, birthday parties, and development squad gymnastics

The school exists to provide a public benefit of co-education for boys and girls ages 2 1/2 to 11 from nursery to Year 6. It also lends itself to the local parishes who use the school's facilities. The school raises funds for many other charities including, but not exclusive to, churches, Walking with the Wounded, Macmillan Cancer, British Legion, Operation Christmas Child, and Children in Need.

We provide educational and recreational services including:-- a working livestock farm, gardens, playground, open daily 360 days a year with free entry- animal husbandry training- horticultural training for adults with learning difficulties- environmental youth work- community events- volunteer opportunities- community building hire- cafe

Weekly meetings for worship and Bible teaching; midweek home-groups; baby and toddler groups; children's and youth work; lunch club for the poor; Easter, summer and Christmas evangelism and community activities; Alpha course; Journeys course; parenting course; marriage course; club for the elderly; volunteers serve and funds are given to churches in South Africa, Tajikistan, Albania and Bolivia.

The charity carries out its purposes by:- providing a place of worship; running church services, and prayer and worship meetings; running Alpha courses at which people can find out more about the Christian faith; running speaker events for potential and existing believers to find out more about and develop their faith; operating a foodbank; running a toddler group; pastoral visits.

Nursery School

The principal activity of the company during the year was to provide vocational training and social recreational and cultural facilities to the community.

To provide quality childcare facilities to service & civilian families both in times of peace & through conflict. Ensuring all children are safe, secure & stimulated through activities provided through play.

General church activities, including toddler groups, counselling and outreach and community events.

THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN IN ESSEX BY PROVIDING INFORMATION, SUPERVISED RECREATION, PRE SCHOOL SERVICES, RESPITE AND SUPPORT FOR SUCH CHILDREN AND FOR THE PARENTS AND CARERS OF SUCH CHILDREN, SO THAT THE CONDITIONS OF SUCH CHILDREN MAY BE IMPROVED

Earl Years Provider

We are a registered charity whose objectives are to facilitate educational, training and leisure activities for the people of Pelton and surrounding areas. The Association occupies and manages Pelton Community Centre, which incorporates a purpose built Youth facility called Room 14, an outside Play Area, a Community Gym, IT Suite, a 320m2 Main Hall with full size stage and seven other rooms.

WE ARE A COMMUNITY ORGANISATION BASED AT CHADWELL HEATH, ROMFORD. WE PROVIDE MEETING ACCOMMODATION FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT REASONABLE RATES. WE RUN A SUBSIDIZE NURSERY/DAY CARE CENTRE AND AN AFTER SCHOOL CLUB WHICH PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON SITE FOR THE PUBLIC. WE PROMOTE COMMUNITY INTEGRATION AND DEVELOPMENT BY PROVIDING TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY.

Montessori Childrens Nursery Age 2.5 to 5 yrs old

Pippin Pre-School is a Committee run group established in the 1960s. The highly qualified team at Pippin are totally dedicated to the welfare of every child in their care. Our aim is to promote enjoyable, purposeful play that encourages learning and development in an atmosphere, which is safe, relaxed, healthy and fun.

Nursery School provision

J.E.TS Centre is located in Waterloo within easy reach of Crosby, Thornton, Seaforth and surrounding areas. We offer 2 breakfast and after school clubs and 1 holiday club for children aged 3 - 11 years old. This allows parents/carers to return to or stay in work knowing their child is in safe hands. The Waterloo Centre also provides nursery care facilities.

Manor Twiglets Nursery Ltd care for children from 2 years to 11 years old. We are open for 50 weeks of the year, therefore also providing Holiday Clubs outside of term time. During the sessions, the children are able to access all 7 areas of learning as set out in the Early Years Foundation Stage. They have a great deal of fun playing inside as well as outside, getting messy and making friends.

City Church currently meets on three sites each Sunday morning to worship God and expound the bible. All sites run children's activities. The church runs groups for worship, prayer and bible study, a youth group and a toddler group called Little Elms. Various training courses are run periodically. The church is also involved in the StreetLife project.

Crossley Mill Nursery (NAG) is a local, independent non-profit making charity committed to fostering the provision of good quality continuing day care for children.

To enhance the development and education of children under statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups.

Support to people of all ages with learning disability in & around Melton, through clubs, services and facilities for leisure-time occupation, and the development of skills for independent living. Personal support to people with learning disability in their homes and in the community, enabling respite for families and carers. A pre-school nursery inclusive of children with learning disability.

Shama provides a range of activities that empower women to become more active economically,educationally and socially to develop their confidence, language, employablity, physical and mental well being. Includes accredited training in IT, ESOL,Dressmaking, Counselling; holistic therapies, mentoring.On site Ofsted registered nursery. Women only sauna and gym.
