Childcare Charities

The charity runs a primary school for girls of the orthodox Jewish faith in Edgware. The charity supplements the school curriculum by providing additional activities that will (a) expand the knowledge of the pupils by arranging trips to museums and other educational and recreational venues, and (b) teach new skills, for example after school clubs teaching dance, art and drama.

Church activities: holding regular services of worship, providing bible teaching, supporting missionaries.Education activities: operating a pre-school for children from 2 to 4 years, holding parent and toddler groups, employing a team to visit local schools and teach the christian faith.Relief of financial hardship and sickness activities: providing grants for needy individuals locally.

Provision and support to non publicly funded day care and early years education for children of under 5 years of age, of serving members of HM Forces, based in Aldershot, and qualifying civilian staff employed in support of Aldershot Garrison service personnel. Provision of Breakfast and After School Club for children of primary school age.

Beis Brucha provides supported residential care for disadvantaged,vulnerable women post-birth,particularly those contending with physical disabilities,domestic abuse,mental health issues & PND.Babies are cared for in a dedicated nursery whilst mothers recuperate.Qualified nursery staff support mothers in acquiring necessary skills to care for their newborn & themselves despite their limitations.

To provide a range of accessible health and welfare services which improve the quality of life of local people. The Charity accomplishes this by running services including a Pre-school, Friendship Network, Health Advocacy Projects, a Community Stroke Service and a Mental Wellbeing Project. The Charity provides office and activity space for other local not-for profit organisations.

Christian celebration on Sundays with music & teaching, children's classes & creche facilities.Involvement in Community activity and support for the homeless.Finance, prayer & care support for overseas workers and their families.Provision of Christian youth & other age groups.Support for Christian students (home & overseas).Outreach and teaching for people investigating Christianity.

Daily, Friday and Eid prayers.Family support service for family disputes, divorce, marriage introductions and funeral services.Out of School hours activities Organise educational trips, sport and recreational activities, event study circles, health and fitness activities, classes for martial arts. Mosque tours and briefings for visitors and Interfaith dialogue and seminars.

Establish nursery and Hindu religious and educational institutions for the benefit of the Hindu community; Raise funds, invite and receive contributions from person or persons by way of subscriptions and otherwise provided that the Trust shall not undertake trading activities in raising funds for the said objects;

Provide high quality nursery, infant and primary education.

The Trustees operate a day nursery for children from babies up to the compulsory schooling age. We provide care, education and play, both in the nursery premises and by taking the children on outings. We assist in the education of school age children in the community, and the parents of the children, as they come into the nursery and are involved.

Sunday morning services provide opportunities to worship God,weekly Cell groups are running to support people & teach them about the Christian Faith.Encounter courses are run to help people get a deeper understanding & experience of God. Regular weekly & monthly prayer meetings also take place.Youth events & teaching for all age groups are held.A Mother & Toddler group is also held weekly.

Provision of Outdoor activities to vulnerable underprivileged children in the Lambeth area consisting of a Nature Garden, Karting Project and Adventure Playground Project.

Children's Centre programmes and outreach for parents and children under 5 years; pre-school settings; health and family support services; Youth safe spaces; detached support and activities; volunteer support for families; Supported Contact Centre and domestic abuse help and support.

Wide range on animals to stroke and feed, animal petting pavilion, shop-selling home produce free range meat,eggs,ice cream, Cafe, plant sales, woodland walk, play area, horse rides/RDA, birthday party room hire, day care service for people with special needs, special events throughout the year i.e halloween night, xmas grotto.

Our mission is to help each child succeed, regardless of their circumstances, by giving them the opportunities and support they need. We are a small charity based in North London who works with children and young people aged zero to twenty five. We do this by working with families, running after school and youth clubs, supporting young adults and the local community.

BCC is a healthy, growing Church. We are a Church without walls which is active in the local community by reaching out to different sections of society with love and care. We are strongly linked into our local community in many ways, from the food distribution work of the Hope Foundation through to the Ark Pre-School and Baseline Youth group.

Fosse Bank School is an independent primary school and kindergarten for girls and boys from age 2 to 11.

1. Relief of persons with a physical and/or learning disability, the elderly and persons suffering or recovering from mental illness.2. Conserve, protect and enhance the natural and physical environment.3. Advance the education of the general public in horticultural and allied skills.

Through debating, Debate Mate delivers key skill to young people in areas of high child poverty. University undergraduate debaters run after-school debating clubs in inner-city schools across the UK. Debate Mate also runs regional and national inter-school debating competitions. Learning to debate develops core skills identified by business and the government as missing in mainstream education.

A whole range of activities including twice weekly parent/ carers and toddlers group; a football team, Hub Athletic; sports coaching; after school clubs, Hub Art club and a youth club; a Foodbank; Mentoring for young people referred by St Thomas Hospital A&E staff; Night shelter for the homeless in partnership with Robes project; Debt advice service; and Waterloo Farm.
