The Pre-School provides high quality childcare and education for children aged 2-4 years in a purpose built building in a conservation area. The Pre-School staff all continues through staff's professional development to offer high quality care.

To enhance the development and education of children below statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups and by offering appropriate play, education and care facilities.

To provide facilities for the daily care, recreation and education of children during and out of school hours and school holidays and to advance education, promote the preservation and protection of good health, and relieve the effects of poverty amongst residents of Carterton, Oxfordshire and the surrounding area.

PROVISION OF PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION AND ACTIVITIES

The charity works for the public benefit having as its objects, the development and education of children aged 2 years and 4 months up to 4 years in Newport City and the surrounding areas by the provision of quality, accessible, sessional childcare.

Fledglings is a community Pre-school group offering care and education for children 2- 4 years +. we recognise that every child is unique and ensure they reach their potential by offering well planned curriculum and activities.

Education for children from the age of 2 to 4

Early years education and care.

We raise funds for new equipment, toys and day trips by means of sponsorship from the parents/carers of the children.

Provide a quality of care and education for pre school children

As a charity provide the following services-1. Educational support services- we run free after school session to improve the children from BAME background. 2. Mental health workshop- we run various mental health workshop to increase the awareness of mental health issues and discuss on this topic.3. Family Fun Day in Bank Holidays4. Activities to keep the Park and street cleaning etc.
