Woodhead Mountain Rescue Team operates under the umbrella of the Peak District Mountain Rescue Organisation. It works under the control of local police forces to search and assist the police; in the Peak District, in wild & remote areas, in urban areas and in other areas when called upon to do so. The Trust provides and assists in providing facilities and support for recreation and other leisure time occupation in or in connection with the urban district of Egham and it's neighborhood. This includes local sports clubs (football and tennis) and fitness instruction.

Our Volunteers provide medical triage, first aid as appropriate and a safe haven for visitors to Maidstone night time economy at week ends. During the week we support various health schemes aimed at young people including alcohol and drug abuse and sexual health screening.

To provide education to most deprived children in the community in an inner city area of Rawalpindi Pakistan.To provide financial support to poverty stricken single parent families who have limited form of alternative support available to them. This year Alfajr worked with families effected by the crisis in Syria.

The Urban Family work in partnership with four local churches in North West London to provide a safe environment for children to meet and have fun and learn about the Christian Faith. We aim to build relationships with the whole family of the children we meet, and to support the volunteers who work at the clubs.

A Community Centre providing the following groups:- Fibromyalgia Support Group, Art for over 50's, Children's Dance Classes, Sequence Dances, Tea Dances, Indoor Bowling, Slimming World, Pilates, Swing Dance Classes, Christian Fellowship Meetings, Keep Fit Classes, Karate Classes, Urban Dance Classes. Hall available for casual hire.

The Trustees have determined that their priorities for funding; The Dennis Mason-Jones Award, The Bedford Scholarship and Academic Awards (tertiary & secondary education). There remain funds available for grants and support to be dispersed as the Society sees fit and subject to satisfying the objects of the society in the areas of Social and Education support of Architectural and urban design.
