We aim to provide a centre for socail intercourse and promote understanding of issues associated with rural life, including arts,crafts and sciences. We are involved with our local community and offer a wide variety of opportunities through our meetings, outings and activities.

To advance the education of women in important local and national political and social issues, music, drama and other cultural subjects, agriculture, crafts, home economics, science, health and social welfare. To promote sustainable development; advance health and advance citizenship by promoting civic responsibility and volunteering.

Administration and running of Llanigon and Hay Rural Village Hall situated in the village of Llanigon.

All Community activities including youth clubs, fundraising activities, local event, children's parties and chapel activities etc.

Working to protect features of historic or public interest and improve the environment.Educating the public in the geography, history and architecture of the Marlow area.Promoting high standards of planning and architecture in or affecting the Marlow area.

Lectures, surveys and guides; drawing maps and plans; publishing a journal, books, pamphlets, papers and reports; monitoring local plans, planning applications and legislation; guided outings; fund raising; use of donations to purchase and conserve historical documents; support for the repair of historic buildings not in private ownership, local conservation initiatives and historical research..

The Village Hall provides facilities for use by the community for a range of purposes including a variety of organised Social Events, Live Performances, Table Tennis, Digital Skills Cybercafe, and Keep Fit. It also hosts regular meetings of the Parish Council and Catterick Young Farmers Club. It is available for private hire.

The W.I. formed in 1915 with two clear aims, to revitalise rural communities and encourage women to produce more food during the 1st world war. Today the W.I. provides women with educational opportunities and the chance to build new skills, take part in a wide variety of activities and to campaign on issues that matter to them and their communities.

The promotion of livestock farming for the benefit of the public, by the promotion and improvement of Murray Grey Cattle and maintaining the purity of the breed

To advance the Christian religion.To assist in running and supporting community activities, events, and to support those in hardship of need financially, practical need and in health across the UK and the world.

The society encourages high standards of architecture and Town Planning in Colchester.It stimulates public interest in and care for the beauty, history and character of the area of the Town.It encourages the preservation, development and improvement of features of general public amenity and of historic interest.It pursues these ends by means of , exhibitions, lectures and publications.

1) to advance the education of the public and in particular the education of middle-aged and older people who are not in full time gainful employment in Launceston and its surrounding locality.2) the provision of facilities for leisure time and recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the above persons in the interests of their social welfare.

Raising funds for other local charities. Providing a source of education for the members in rural and social skills.

The hall committee organises events to provide entertainment and community activities. The hall is a focal point for the village and provides a venue that villagers can hire for functions and other activities, such as playingsports . The committee organises fund raising activities, including external funding, to raise money to maintain and run the St James and St Nicholas community hall.

the premises are hired out to the Church, Young Farmers, School, Childrens Badminton classes, Childrens parties, Music, Radnor Band of which some are at reduced rates.

Collect, preserve and display artefacts pertaining to all facets of life in the Clun Forest Area from archaeological finds through to agricultural and manufacturing and products; domestic items, local crafts up to and including the 1950's. Conserve and display Elizabethan Silver Maces and Town Seal of Clun.

We enable women to take effective part in Rural Life.

Provides the focal point for community activities thereby strengthening the social, cultural and educational life of the area.

Giving the chance of age 10-26 years old the chance to learn life skills and experiences, with such activities and competitions as public speaking, panto, farm and rural skills, metal working etc.

Our objectives and aims are to stimulate a sense of civic pride, to promote high standards of planning and architecture and to secure the preservation, protection and improvement of features of historical or public interest.

Promoting the Vale of Evesham Civic Society, by Lectures and Visits to places of great interest.

We regularly fund raise for the upkeep, repair and improvement of facilities in the building and surrounding land. We are the main social centre for the residents of Timble village. Our fund raising efforts include annual events (bonfire parties, quiz nights, theatre productions etc). Monthly coffee mornings are also held. All members of our surrounding rural community support these events.

Ide Memorial Hall is the village hall for Ide. It provides facilities for community activities such as meetings, fitness and dance, drama, choir, art group and similar. The Hall is also available for private hire for children's parties and receptions and the like. All age groups are catered for. The Hall has recently undergone an extensive renovation with modernised toilets and kitchen.
