Weekly club meetings both educational and social

The MEFT was established to assist young people in the village of Medbourne with their education and beyond e.g.:assistance with educational resources and to make the transition from education to paid employment (tools for apprentices, appropriate clothing for job interviews etc..). The MEFT also owns a small amount of recreational land in the village, some of which is now a children's playground.

The Bridgwater & District Civic Society's Objects are To stimulate public interest in the borough and rural district of Bridgwater To promote high standards of planning and architecture To secure the preservation, protection, development and improvement of features of historic or public interest Its activities include research, planning, meetings and visits.

We help preserve the Building and architectural heritage around the Building. We make and keep the public aware of its history, art, archaeology and architecture by encouraging use of the Building for an Arts Venue, educational activities , visits and other suitable community activities. .

The main purposes of the Women's Institute Organisation are to enable women who are interested in issues associated with rural life, to improve and develop conditions of rural life, to advance their education in citizenship, in public questions, in music, drama and other cultural subjects and in agriculture, handicrafts, home economics, health and social welfare.

Building a rural heritage and education centre in Northamptonshire

for promoting improvement in English Dairy Farming for breeding, management and milk produce of British holstein Cattle, awarded to young people living in Cornwall, Devon Dorset & Somerset for the study of griculture. ?500 was given to the Devon Young Breeders.

To improve and develop conditions for women in both rural and urban communities and advance the education of women in citizenship, in public questions both national and international, in music, drama and other cultural subjects; also to secure instruction and training in of agriculture, handicrafts, home economics, health and social welfare. To promote sustainable development by education.

Grants made to groups or individuals belonging to Antrobus Vilage

Organise a local village show on an annual basis.

These are provided each year in the Annual Report submitted with the Charity's Accounts .

Swindon Mind provides a community, wellbeing & learning programme consisting of; Wellbeing House. One to one advice, counselling & Wellbeing Coordination. Activity & social inclusion in the community including sport, walking, connect & meet, Creative classes, swimming, football. Mental Health Training, Schools programme, Employment Services Support & Swindon Mindful Employers Network.

Talks and Competions. Entry into local Agricultural Show. Craft Classes, Scrabble and Skittles participation. Gives help with the local hospital fete.

TO HOLD THE ANMER COMMUNITY HALL ON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF ANMER IN NORFOLK WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS

We give small grants to school leavers towards their further education or employment.

To promote and encourage high standards of achitecture, town planning, and environmental care;to preserve, improve, and develop features of historic interest; to educate and stimulate public interest and to act as a co-ordinating body with other societies having similar aims in the City of Truro and its surroundings.
