The principal activity of Ewell Castle School is that of an independent school for boys and girls (4-18).

The provision and conduct in or near the area comprised in the Parishes of Chertsey, Thorpe, Egham and Chobham of a School which (i) shall be a School for girls and, if the Governors think fit, for boys; and (ii) shall be a day School or, if the Governors think fit, a day and boarding School; and b. The provision of other educational benefits for girls, boys and young persons.

The objects of the charity are to hold real and personal property for purposes connected with the Church of England and to transact business in connection with the Church of England and the Diocese.
