Education Charities

The objective of the charity is to advance the education of the public in the subject of orchestral music, particularly but not exclusively by advancing and developing public access to, and appreciation of, orchestral music.This is achieved by giving orchestral concerts in unconventional spaces such as multi storey car parks and touring local schools with little or no access to orchestral music.

Providing free, confidential, independent and impartial advice for members of the public in Hart District. It operates from one main centre in Fleet and outreach venues in Yateley, Hartley Wintney and Odiham. Advice is delivered by phone, email, online and face to face. Specialist services include advice on debt, employment, relationships, housing, benefits, energy and consumer issues.

The Foundation aims to provide bursaries to enable deserving pupils, whose parents could not otherwise afford the fees, to attend Repton School and Foremarke Hall, and to provide capital grants and loans in order to improve the Repton Trust facilities from which the schools operate.

The objects of the charity are for the advancement of lslamic religion in particular by theprovision of schools and the advancement of the education of children, The provision in theinterest of social welfare of a community centre and facilities for education and recreation andleisure time occupation for the inhabitants of the local area.

Performances (e.g. Youth theatre productions and schools outreach programmes), workshops and entering into new management contracts for the operation of theatres.

Nexus ICA delivers 3 undergraduate degrees and 1 postgraduate, validated by University of West London. All are delivered in a Christian, faith-based environment and are available regardless of faith. Additional activities include provision of venue facilities and instrument tuition to the local community. Performance bands are trained to work in both a youth context and for public entertainment.

Wildwood Nature School is an independent primary school for children aged 4 to 11 years in North London. We offer an alternative to mainstream education with a strong focus on children's well-being and spending time in nature following the Forest School principles. We offer 20% of our places for free, and a further 30% as reduced fees, to support children from deprived backgrounds.

The principal objective of the charity is the advancement of the Christian faith. This will be accomplished by launching innovative evangelism, discipleship, and church planting projects, and by providing systematic education, training, mentoring, and resources in and for church planting, church growth, and church leadership.

Touring theatre company established in 1982, bringing high-quality productions of new writing to mainly rural towns and villages in the East of England. In order to achieve our objectives under ecumenical law we provide a number of public worship services of various types to enable as many people as possible to worship, and to which all are welcome. We also run a full programme of events for the whole range of ages for both church members and the wider community including youth clubs, lunch clubs, mothers & toddlers groups and after school clubs.

Transitions UK supports vulnerable young people, helping change lives and futures. We work with 14-25 year-olds using a blend of befriending, mentoring and social & educationally based opportunities for personal development. Key groups include young people with learning disabilities; those with mental health and emotional needs; young people at risk of exclusion/offending and those leaving care

SkyWay work with Young people, their families and the communities they live in. We offer a wide range of free-to-access opportunities at youth clubs, community venues, parks, estates, schools and on the streets. We provide welcoming, safe spaces for people to learn, develop new skills, recieve support, participate in activities such as sport, art, media, be challenged and have fun.

Provision of outdoor activities including skiing, tubing, tobogganing, climbing, abseiling, canoeing, kayaking, bell boating, zip wires, fan descender, orienteering, bush craft, disc golf, axe throwing, team building & archery. School holiday club. Self catering 26 bed residential centre for overnight stays. Also manages the site as open space for community use.

Chard School is an non-selective independent day school for pupils aged 4 - 11 years based in Chard, Somerset. It is the only independent school in Chard, and therefore attracts pupils from a wide area, including some from Devon and Dorset. An extensive and varied curriculum is offered, and fees are kept deliberately low to help make the school accessible to a wider number of people.

BSA is a charity run by people for people who stammer. We provide unbiased information on all aspects of stammering and run projects and campaigns to improve access to therapy, education and employment

ATN provides training to socially excluded members of the community. It endeavours to build the skills and confidence of traditionally disadvantaged members of the community, including refugees and members of ethnic minority communities to support their entry into meaningful employment. In addition, ATN integrates learners into the social and cultural fabric of society.

NEEN is the accountable body and trading name for OASES (Outdoor And Sustainability Education Specialists). Based in County Durham, OASES delivers outdoor learning and global sustainability education opportunities for schools and children and young people. OASES vision is to 'Create a more sustainable world where all children can thrive.'

FROM 1 JUNE 17, THE CHARITY MAKES, WITHIN A SPECIFIED AREA OF BENEFIT, CHARITABLE DONATIONS FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY AND DONATIONS TO INDIVIDUALS TO ASSIST WITH FURTHER EDUCATION, AND TO RELIEVE NEED, HARDSHIP & DISTRESS. IT ALSO PROVIDES ALLOTMENTS AND FUNDS FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE OLD GRAMMAR SCHOOL AND THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF GREAT BOWDEN.
