Education Charities

The main aim of the charitable activities are to provide employment, training, information and services for disabled people.

Regular public worship open to all; teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups; taking of religious assemblies in schools; promoting the whole mission of the church through provision of activities for senior citizens, parents and toddlers; supporting mission partners in the Uk and overseas

Visitor attraction, regeneration of an ancient monument, refreshment facility, educational facility, employment and volunteering opportunity in an area of deprivation. Open to the public.

The support services that we offer in the Handforth/Wilmslow and Knutsford communities include emergency food banks, pantry, debt counselling and a series of courses designed to give people practical tools to enable them to break free from poverty. Courses we offer are; Steps to Employment, The Money Course, Life Skills, and the Alpha Course. Also, our 4 Hope Centres provide a welcoming community.

To advance the kingdom of God through the inspiring and releasing of all Christian students (and others connected with universities), and to engage with the prevention and relief of poverty, the advancement of health, the relief of those in need through any disadvantage, the promotion of human rights, harmony and equality, and the advancement of religion, through advocacy, action and prayer.

Providing supervised camping activities for young people of an educational nature.

Full day care Nursery, community support, health initiatives, jobs and benefits advice, support based on local need, groups and social activities for children and adults across the age range. Children's activities age 5-13. Adult learning to build capacity and skills for local people. This is supported by our creche provision. An elderly day care provision. Partnerships to maximise effectiveness.

To advance the religion of Islam in accordance with the laws dictated in the Quran, the Sunnah and the Hanafi Sunni school of thought and beliefs, as per the institution of Ahle-Sunnat-Wa-Jama'at.Provision of facilities and services including but not limited to:-Daily congregational prayers-Education & development-Nikah services-Funeral services-Promote harmony & counteract extremism

ACTIVITIES IN SUPPORT OF PROMOTING AND FURTHERING PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF DANCE AND RELATED PERFORMING ARTS PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY MEANS OF UNDERTAKING, PROVIDING, MAINTAINING, DEVELOPING AND SUPPORTING TRAINING, EDUCATIONAL COURSES, SEMINARS, CONFERENCES, LESSONS AND CLASSES FOR THE STUDY, PRACTICE AND PROMOTION OF BALLET AND OTHER FORMS OF DANCE

Our purpose is to establish a world-class music institute at university level called 'Resonance', specialising in contemporary music performance, education, composition, entrepreneurship and production. The Trust's objects are the advancement of education for the public benefit by promoting and supporting education, teaching and research.

We have opened our purpose built Islamic Centre and are now open for daily prayers. Alongside this we have also started a supplementary (evening) school for children to learn about Islam and the Arabic language using modern textbooks. We happily host local schools and volunteer groups to learn more about Islam and we hope to provide further services to the community.

Fundraising to advance the education of pupils at King's College School Wimbledon and those pupils at other schools with which the school has a formal relationship, through events such as a Christmas Fair, Fireworks, Quiz Night, and Family Fun Sports events.

We advance the arts for the public benefit by the promotion of the arts, primarily but not exclusively by the promotion of the dramatic art of Spain and Latin America. Our activities include original bilingual productions of classic and contemporary works of Spanish-language theatre, dramatized readings, bilingual acting workshops for youth, and educational outreach through school productions.

Activities - offering a wide range of on-going and one-off activities for people with learning disabilities. Volunteering - providing opportunities for volunteers to work in our small retail shop selling local artist work and providing work experience for people with learning disabilities. Mentoring adults with learning disabilities. Running support workshops. Other work experience options.

Keats House offers a range of activities, including talks, poetry readings, tours and family days. It has a flourishing schools programme. Research access to the book/manuscript collections is available through London Metropolitan Archives. There are also volunteering opportunities and regular play and poetry reading groups. To support charity-established schools, which specialise in the provision of education to children whose mainstream education has broken down.

The Foundation's essential function is to raise and administer the funds needed to support the King David Schools.

Providing educational and fun opportunities for children from 18 months to school age. The preschool has family from the local village and surrounding area.The preschool is open five days a week for 38 weeks of the year.We have fundraising events to raise money to provide new resources for the children.

The Objects of The Calne Foundation Trust are to advance education by the provision of funding, assistance and support to St Mary's School, Calne and St Margaret's Preparatory School Calne, being the constituent schools of the School Charity and by other associated educational activities (in so far as they shall be charitable).

We are a sessional pre-school providing education and care of children from aged 2 - 5 years of age. Operating within the Woolston area of Southampton and dedicated to supporting families locally. We are a limited company with a charitable status run by a Committee of parent volunteers and a Management team. We have two Pre-School settings.

Supports educational activities, including research, chaplaincy and charitable work undertaken in and through Southlands College that reflect its Methodist foundation and ethos

Boxing Training for Adults and Children, Competitive Training or Recreational. Inclusive sessions held for the disabled. Our coaches work with local schools. We offer holiday clubs for children.

Activities that serve the local community to advance the Christian faith include bereavement ministry, pastoral care, baptism and baptism preparation, wedding preparation, youth mentoring service local high schools, after school youth drop in hub, CAP Life Skills courses and parent & toddler group.
