To establish, maintain and preserve, ideally a contiguous forest or a forest connected by corridor for the benefit of the public in the ancient borders of the Forest of Arden to the Vale of Evesham (The Heart of England). The National Energy Foundation is an independent charity working to improve the use of energy in buildings in the UK. It does this through undertaking projects, often in collaboration with others; supporting the provision of affordable warmth; providing capacity building programmes, for example in building performance evaluation and labelling; and offering information and advice.

Avon Needs Trees is acquiring suitable land in the Bristol-Avon Catchment Area tocreate new, permanent forest through reforesting and rewilding. We aim to lock upcarbon, improve biodiversity, mitigate flooding through natural means and to createopportunities for the public to engage with nature. Our first purchase was 34 acres atHazeland near Calne, where we have planted over 10,000 trees.

The charity operating as Stonepillow is principally engaged in the relief of homelessness and social exclusion. Services include hostels, day centres, a furniture recycling social enterprise project, supported accommodation and a recovery project for those dependent on drugs, alcohol and suffer from mental health.
