Provission of allotments for residents of Chipping Norton.

Providing a hall & gardens for hire by parishioners of Roxwell and other local communities to use for community, educational and social purposes.

Maintain and refurbish Grade II building for use by any organisation or individuals in area. Major users, Guides, Brownies, Ramblers, dance, yoga, exercise groups, Women's Institute, portrait painting, physiotherapy, luncheon and social gatherings; also concerts, drama and private parties. Centre for village Community Events including Well Dressing festival, Open Gardens and Christmas Lights.

Provides a hall for hire to be used for education and recreation.Provides allotments (approximately 19).

Sporting activities

Thruxton Memorial Hall is the village hall and provides a building for the use of the local community. The Hall hosts various local events for residents including the annual Remembrance Day lunch, Community Cafe, and Open Gardens etc and provides the venue for most village clubs and societies. It is used by individual villagers and people from the surrounding areas for family gatherings.

We run a site for local people, with an all-year Tennis Club, a Bowling Club, four small allotments and the Garden Village Hall, opened in June 2012. It serves our sports clubs and W.I. It is used for exercise and recreation (e.g. Keep Fit, Tai Chi, and Yoga) and for meetings. It is also available for hire for children's parties and private events.

Educational Speakers/ Meetings on gardens, agriculture & general interest subjects. Annual Flower shows for general Public. Social & educational events for members and guests.

The principal objects of the trust: The relief of those full time resident in the Parish of Sea Palling with Waxham whoare in need or hardship by making of grants of money or by providing or paying for goods, services or facilities .The trust also supports community based projects i.e. Playing field, the Community Diamond Wood, the Allotments and community projects within the parish.

To promote the permanent preservation of the woodlands known as St Helens Park in the Borough of Hastings and the protection of its wildlife.

We are a small local charity raising funds to provide important support to children with various learning, social, physical and communication disabilities within Mid Sussex. Woodlands Meed aims is to help each child find their place and confidence within in School, the wider community and beyond.

Provide a Hall and facilities as our village's home for all kinds of activities and events. Large lawn area enables outdoor events in good weather. It is busy but hire fees do not fully cover outgoings so the Committee also run fund raising events such as a monthly Village Market, Allotments and Film shows. Also we house local and general elections and the local emergency centre.

To Hire/provide rooms, garden, accommodation for church and/ or parish groups.

Manage Eynsham Playing Fields

We run the village playing field for cricket, football, tennis, bowls, scouts & children play group. In addition we now own & run a 6 & a half acre wildlife site next to the playing field - 4 acres meadow 2 acres woodland. This is called the Alderbed Meadow Project.
