Goscote Greenacres was set up to encourage and support adults with learning disabilities and the local community, to come together, to learn new skills, meet new people and enjoy gardening and other outdoor activities as a means to tackle prejudice. The garden provides a huge range of community gardening, development and social activities for local people to enjoy, including 54 allotment plots.

The Camden Highline's primary purpose is to transform a disused railway viaduct running from Camden Town to King's Cross into a new elevated park and garden walk, which will serve as the foundation for new community activity in the area.

The Carbon Community is a science led charity dedicated to carbon capture via creation of new community forests in the UK. Our tree planting will capture millions of tonnes of CO2 and make a material difference to global heating. The project runs weekly meetings, day trips and overnight residentials for young people. The varied program includes the opportunity to interact with peers in an unstructured environment, organised outdoor and adventurous activities and opportunities for service to the community such as litter picking or maintenance of local amenities such as parks and woodlands.

The charity supports the maintenance of Warnham Local Nature Reserve in West Sussex for the benefit of both the general public and the wildlife of the reserve. We manage the Visitor Centre (collecting entrance fees and providing a small cafe offering), run events to engage and educate all ages, and have funded additional amenities including bird hides and live web-cams.

The charity carries out research, mainly through its country branches, into historic gardens throughout Wales. It works to raise awareness of Wales's garden heritage, to advise owners and planners, and to conserve and protect sites.

We operate and maintain a community centre together with the local authority for the benefit of the population living in the Marlpit area of Norwich. We provide facilities for user groups such as pre-school clubs, international groups, youth clubs, and a number of other recreational clubs. CHURCH ACTIVITIES

Wyre Juniors FC based at its two venues Preesall Park and Pilling Memorial Park, promotes community participation in healthy recreational youth football for the benefit of all children between 4-18yrs by the provision of facilities and FA qualified coaches to develop children's football skills and provide for their involvement in grass roots football.

Coldhabour Meadows provides a camp site and associated facilities and equipment for groups to run Christian camps during each spring and summer.
