Providing community facilities for people of all ages within our local area. This includes provision for children and senior citizens as well as providing a venue for a large range of sporting, recreational, cultural and social activities.

The provision of a village hall and recreation ground for the community

Management of the village hall and sports field. Fund raising for the costs of operation & maintenance. Support for all the village organisations and in particular those groups using the hall & sports field.

To support children and young people in the parish of St. Margaret's, Whalley Range. The word children is an inclusive description of any child or young person from any ethnic,racial or faith community. Support is of a pastoral nature. Examples have included supporting young people with special needs, educational or family issues. Money is raised through the use of the playing field.

Provision of facilities for the benefit of local residents including use of village hall for general meetings, social, leisure, educational, recreation and sporting activities plus outdoor Tennis Courts and Bowling Green.

Members from Polesworth and District play darts, dominoes and pool in local leagues.The cricket section runs Under 8 to Under 15 Junior sides and four senior sides,Dothill Rovers and Polesworth Swifts Junior FC's , North Warwicks and Tamworth Ladies FC all use the facilities. Quiz Nights, Barbecues, discos,parties and wedding receptions take place and live football and rugby is screened.

Harton & Westoe Miners Welfare seeks to promote the well being of all people and help make life a fullfilling and enjoyable experience.The Sports and Recreational facility comprises of one floodlit pitch, cricket square, two 5-a-side outdoor floodlit pitches, crown bowling green,cricket nets, gymnasium, pool room, bar and function room.

The charity continues the management of the Blunham playing fields for recreational use on behalf of the public and the villagers of the parish of Blunham, Bedfordshire. This includes the development of facilities including the completed childrens play area and also the development of a new pavillion for members and sporting clubs.

PROVIDING SPORT/RECREATION FACILITIES FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC

For the Parishioners of Shaugh Prior Parish. Provides a recreation Field with 2 Football Pitches with a pavilion for both men's & youth teams using the facilities and cricket can also be played but at present is not being used. Bowling green with associated pavilion and hard tennis courts which are not currently used. A large hall used by local WI, over 60's group, Dancing Club, Panto .

Provide and maintain some 45 acres of land within the area known as Pewterspear Green as an open space, parkland, and sports recreation ground in the interests of social welfare and leisure time occupation of the public

Provide a venue for a pre school group, Brownies, fitness, sports and social groups, plus a conference room for local organisations. A mobile library uses the site car park.Available for private hire - all proceeds go to the upkeep of Hall. Funds are raised through grants, user groups, Hall bookings, events provided by the Hall, and donations.

The main object of the Charity is to provide recreational and sporting facilities, playing fields, playgrounds and the Community Centre in the Parish of Henley. The Henley Parish Council owns the Hall and the surrounding grounds. The Henley Community Centre Charity holds a 99-year lease commencing on the 6th January 1998 from the Parish Council.

Maintain the pavilion and recreation facilities at the Ruan Minor Recreation Ground, for the benefit of people living in the area and visitors to the area.Holding fund-raising events to provide funding for maintenance of the pavilion and recreation facilities.
