The Stambridge Parish Council as Sole Trustee is the Charity Trustee of the Stambridge Community Centre and also referred to as Stambridge Memorial Hall & Grounds, not individual Councillors.The Management Committee of Stambridge Memorial Hall & Grounds is managed by the Trust Clerk / RFO, appointed Councillors from the Stambridge Parish Council, residents and outside bodies.

Provision of Playing Fields and associated facilities including football pitches, a multi use games area, childrens play area, bowling green, social club and community hall with ancillary facilities, for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parishes of Steeple Barton and Westcote Barton. To provide, maintain and improve the playing field situated in North Newbald, on behalf of all of the occupants of the Parish of Newbald.

The provision and maintenance of a recreation ground for the benefit of children and young persons who have not reached the age of 25 years and are resident in the borough of Southend-on-Sea, without distinction of political, religious or other opinions.

Provision, maintenance & improvement of facilities at Rickinghall Village Hall, Suffolk. This is available for hire at modest rates, mostly by local organisations & individuals. We also provide & maintain a children's play area, & a skatepark/BMX facility, plus a multi-use games area which is used for football, netball & tennis, & a playing field which is used for many purposes including football.

MANAGEMENT OF A RECREATION GROUND

The objects of the Charity are in the interests of social welfare to:a - Provide facilities for and to promote community participation in healthy recreation; andb - Provide facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation for the inhabitants of the area of benefit

The Charity administers and manages the recreational facilities for the benefit of the local community and other members of the general public. The amenities include the recreation ground, children's playground, memorial gardens, three tennis courts with a clubhouse, the Parish Pavilion, a Scouts hut and a Sports Pavilion.
