The charity is developing a MUGA multi-sports facility on the site of an old tennis court (part of the village green) for use by the local community.

Kingsley and Newton Village Institute is a charitable community building within the rural village of Kingsley in Cheshire. The Institute has a main hall with bar area, snooker room, bowling green and two tennis courts. Various social activities take place on the premises including line dancing, quiz nights, indoor and outdoor bowls, art classes, snooker and private parties.

The MVH & PFA provides the inhabitants of the Parish of Malborough and the immediate vicinity with facilities and a framework for their use for: Physical and mental training Recreation Social, moral and intellectual developmentThis provision shall be made without discrimination of on the grounds of sex, ethnicity, physical or mental ability or of political, religious or other opinion.

Kendrick Park is a public park in West Bromwich West Midlands with childen's play area, a youth multi use games area, skate park, grass sports football pitches and associated sports pavilion and network of paths. The park serves the local community for both active and passive recreation

MANAGEMENT OF A RECREATION GROUND

Manage the provision of facilities and space for community activities

The Trust applies the charity funds to help organisations and individuals within the boundaries of the City of Lichfield who qualify for help under the terms of the Trust Deed. For example it assists with the provision or maintenance of public halls, meeting places, playing fields, sports facilities, public gardens and public open spaces.

The provision of a recreation ground and welfare institute for the benefit of the inhabitants (and in particular, but not exclusively, such of the said inhabitants as are members of the mining community) of the area of benefit without distinction of political, religious or other opinions with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants

The object of the charity is to improve the quality of life for all local people equally, ignoring all political, religious and other differences. To effect this the charity will provide and maintain a village hall and recreation ground for educational and leisure pursuits.
