Manages the Village Hall and Village Green

+Lord Pirbright's Hall is a village hall providing affordable space to hire for parish activities for clubs and societies and for social functions.

The Charity promotes community participation in healthy recreation, in particular by the provision of facilities for the playing of Real Tennis. The Charity also promotes the conservation, preservation and improvement for the public benefit as a building of historic interest the Real Tennis Court at Petworth, and education of the public about the history and heritage of the building.

Throughout this financial year the activities we have put on to raise money are,car treasure hunt,foot treasure hunt, participation in village Fun Day, childrens' events in holiday times, bonfire night event, rounders match, our annual quiz, annual childrens christmas party and evening discos. We also hire out the main hall for parties, lectures, training sessions etc.

SVA owns and maintains Staveley Village Hall and Institute, 4 allotments, the Recreation Ground, its Pavilion and Children's Playground for the benefit of the residents of the parishes of Over Staveley, Nether Staveley and Hugill. The Hall, Institute and Pavilion are available for hire. The Recreation Ground and Children's playground are open to the public free of charge for non-commercial use.

Facilitates the enjoyment of the following sports;Cricket, Rugby, Football & Tennis. Provides open space for community events and recreation.

The charity provides facilities for recreation and sports for use by the People of Braintree. This comprises sports fields, hard courts and Gym areas. The Charity currently hosts several local football teams, an armature boxing club and a martial arts club on a regular basis.

We provide funding to run two playing fields in Barney and Fulmodestone respectively. Various children's play equipment is provided on both fields and also includes a pavilion at Barney which is used for various purposes such as a cricket club , meetings and social/community venue. All fund raising and management is undertaken on a voluntary basis by Trustees and a Management Committee.

Promotion and playing of Cricket in the local community in and around East and North Yorkshire based on our Woodhouse Grange Cricket Club playing fields.

To provide in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life for members of the community, a recreation ground, playing field and sports facilities and the encouragement of the playing of sport, in order to provide healthy recreation particularly for the benefit of the residents of West Berkshire.

We are a local charity that has sports facilities & pitches. We have numerous football & rugby teams from 5 years old up to open age. We have crown green bowling facilities with many teams as well as a ladies rounders team. We have full disabled access in our club house & pavilion. The club house is used for recreational sports such as snooker as well as a large concert room for events.

Norton-in-the-Moors Miners Welfare provides facilities and open space for community groups from a wide catchment area within Stoke on Trent. Based in Smallthorne and working in co-operation with local stakeholders such as the City Council, the Charity provides extensive support for people of all ages with particular emphasis on the young and the elderly.

To actively manage, advertise and hire out Horsford Village Hall and football fields, to various local community organisations and to the general public. Hirers range from an Archery Club to Zumba dancing! Part of the building is leased to a Social Club.At weekends the main hall is usually available for private hirer. Providing the community with leisure facilities to meet local needs:As a membership organisation with elected directors, MCG represents its members' views. On important issues, and to report back to members and seek their views, MCG holds open meetings to which non-members are welcome. Since June 2020, MCG operates village hall and playing fields on behalf of the local community.
