Our aim is to provide a good quality village hall facility and services at affordable hire rates, for residents and clubs from our local area, for leisure, pleasure, social and educational purposes. Offley Hay Village Hall provides facilities for local organisations and residents to get together. Regular users include Bridge Club, Art Group, Men's Keep Fit, Tia Chi, Women's Institute and Ladies Circle. It is also used for one off hire e.g. parties, weddings, Caravan Club weekends etc..

To maintain the Beechwood Community Hall for the use and benefit of the local and wider community.The Hall is available to all members of the community without exception or exclusion who would otherwise potentially have no such facilities available to them.

Village Hall available to hire - used mainly by regular groups - This includes:- Young @ Heart Group, Badminton , Short Mat Bowls, Rackheath Players, Band Practice, Line Dancing, Dog Agility, Home Educators and Bird Auction - also available for private hire.

VILLAGE HALL FACILITIES

The hall provides facilities for individuals and local groups to meet, participate in activities, exercise, socialise and access information technology. Activities include art classes, badminton, bowls, dog training, WI, garden club, Friendly Friday lunch club, etc. The Hall is hired out for other local functions and to groups and is accessible to individuals requiring a secure meeting place.

The charity manages the community centre for the use of village clubs covering all age groups, private hire for parties, wedding receptions, meetings, fund raising activities by other charities, art exhibitions, job interviews etc. It is open for private hire by responsible persons over the age of eighteen from inside and outside the village.
