The Village Hall is used solely by Chesterton Play Group whilst the Community Centre accommodates leisure and social activities, including regular afternoon teas, community lunches & a Family Drop in facility.

Community Hall

The object of the Charity shall be the provision and maintenance of a village hall and a recreation ground for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Nayalnd with Wissington and the neighbourhood thereof including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

Upkeep & running of Village Hall through events & hall hire charges, including:private hire, bingo, quizzes, dances, craft fairs, Summer Produce & Craft Show, monthly coffee mornings & craft groups. Regular clubs and groups include N.H.S.Pulmonary rehab, Parent & Tots Group, Stitch in Kyme sewing club, Taekwondo, keep fit classes, and dog training.Parish Council Meetings are also held here.
