To promote participation and break down barriers to community cohesion by delivering services and activities to promote the health, wellbeing, education, employment and partcipation of African and African Carribean people.Our vision is of a society where African and African Caribbean community members are fully included, where their wellbeing is a priority and where justice is promoted.

Community Centre, Youth Hostel, social housing, community and exhibition space. Other Glendale wide initiatives.

Provision of a Youth Club and Community Centre in the Everton area of Liverpool, including a full programme of After School and Senior Club Activities.

Regular church meetings, training events, and small groups to teach and support people in their Christian faith.Outreach projects and ministries run locally and in Preston, including a Community Action Teams and Youth Work.Sermons and messages are distributed online for free access. We support work in Mumbai India. Individuals in the church currently sponsor more than 20 children in Brazil.

The objects of the charity are the promotion of Islamic faith, establish a Mosque and arrange for Islamic education.

The Open Spaces Society (formally The Commons, Open Spaces and Footpaths Preservation Society) works to create, conserve and enhance common land, village greens, open spaces and rights of public access, in town and country, in England and Wales.

Membership of Number Seven are low income households. Members are able to access affordable food at the supermarket in person or through home deliveries. The cafe provides tasty and nutritious food to local residents and at reduced prices to Members. Surplus produce is recycled through the cafe/supermarket. Training and employment opportunities are provided.

Promote the benefits of the inhabitants of the London Borough of Greenwich, especially the Woolwich Riverside LOCAL ward to provide affordable hall and room hire to local groups who service the community and work in partnership with the local authorities and communities on various community development projects.

A community centre for local residents providing a wide range of activities and services each day of the week. We try to provide something for everyone. We hope that through accessing our services members of the community will improve their health and well being through building friendships, sports and exercise, developing skills and finding a listening ear.

Community Centre

The pincipal activity in the year was carrying out fundraising activities for UK and Worldwide charities. The Principal event through which funds are raised is an Annual Garden Party.

Brandwood Community Centre continues to serve as a very much needed community facility which acts as a focal point and is run by dedicated volunteers from the local community, with support from the local authority, private and other agencies to deliver a multi-functional community programme, that fulfills the role of a "one-stop-shop".

1) TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONGST REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND MIGRANTS OF TURKISH AND KURDISH DESCENT BY PREVENTING SUCH PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:A) PROVIDING A LOCAL NETWORK GROUP THAT ENCOURAGES AND ENABLE

Christian church for the public benefit to advance the Christian faith in accordance with the Statement of Beliefs - Sunday worship, prayer meetings. Sunday school, youth work, Bible school, counselling training, school assemblies, life groups, cafe, day time drop ins, Saturday morning Kidz Klub, missionaries in Canada, South Africa, Far East, Parent and Toddlers group, Compassion, Internships.

NBDT seeks to improve the quality of life and opportunities for all living in North Birkenhead and Bidston. It achieves this through the management of the St James Centre and through partnership work to deliver activities for the community including a cafe, opportunity shop, informal adult learning, youth activities, family programmes, exercise classes and information services.

1) - To promote all aspects of agriculture, by education, other activities, and in particular by holding an annual agricultural show.2) - To promote the usage and improvements to Aylsham Recreation Ground.3) - Surplus proceeds to be distributed as agreed by the Council, to mainly local charitable causes, and other charitable institutions.

The relief of people with a learning disability, and support for them and their families, dependents and carers, and to provide or assist in the provision of facilities for training, work experience and recreation or other leisure time occupation

Deliver a Smile is a UK based grant making charity supporting local communities through funding for new or improved mosques, education and community centres, as well as youth and women's initiatives, summer programs, retreats, and community building activities across the UK.

The Inns Court Centre operates in Knowle West and the area is in the top 10% of the country in terms of social and economic deprivation. The centre has a community cafe, food store; similar to a food bank and a community bus and a soft play area for under 5's. It also hires out rooms to local user groups and also is the home of the local Children's Centre Hub run by the local authority.

The principal activity is:-1. That of carrying on a subscription library2. To preserve for the benefit of the public the building and gardens known as Bromley House.

Highlights is a network of 65 volunteer groups in isolated rural communities in Cumbria, Northumberland and County Durham. In partnership we organise - and subsidise - over 150 high quality professional cultural events per year in village halls, schools and community centres

The objects of the CIO are to operate a village hall, and related facilities, for use by the residents of the Parish of Llanddarog and surrounding areas, The hall provides a centre for recreation or other leisure time occupation is available for the public at large in the interest of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants.

We are a small pre school located in Patchway, Bristol and provide care and education for children aged 2 - 4 years old prior to them starting their Primary Education Journey. We offer a large range of activities on site including plenty of outdoor play in our large gardens. We also take the children on regular outings in the local community as well as further afield.

A new Gurdwara and Community Centre was completed in 2007/08 - (the Gurdwara started providing religious services from April 2007 and the Community Centre was opened in January 2008 for use by the community for social and religious functions). The site now becomes the focal centre where Sikhs & Non-Sikhs get together to celebrate religious functions and discuss multi faith issues.
