The object of the charity is the provision and maintenance of a village hall and / or recreation ground for use by the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes and other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants

WVHT provides building for various charity/organisations to use for leisure - pleasure - sport - recreation and provide amenities for hire etc. We operate through a management/executive committee.

Monitoring, supporting, and opposing proposals and orders for the creation, closure, diversion and regrading of public rights of way.Erecting and maintaining direction posts , signs, footbridges and commemorative structures.All objects conducive to the forgoing.

Primrose Hall, a community hall, provides a venue for a variety of social, sporting and keep fit activities for all ages. It is also a venue for parties, dances, blood donor sessions and other events.

Activities run for the benefit of the local community. Facilities available to hire for use by community groups, e.g. Pre-school, uniform groups, performing arts groups, WI, Dance groups(children and adult). Rooms available for hire by individuals for parties/charity events etc.

The Trust manages the Wilderspin National School, focused on the life of Samuel Wilderspin, which has museum status and is an educational, heritage and community centre for the people of Barton, visitors, schools and educational historians. The Trust also manages The Joseph Wright Centre, the former Salvation Army Citadel next door, which is being developed into a venue for the performing arts.

To promote the preservation for the benefit of the public, buildings, gardens and objects designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens (including gardens designed in partnership with Miss Gertrude Jekyll). To inform and educate the public about Lutyens buildings, gardens and objects. To provide information and support to owners of Lutyens buildings. To undertake and promote any form of research into Lutyens work

VILLAGE HALL INCLUDING 1 LARGE HALL AND 1 SMALLER HALL WHICH CAN BE PARTITIONED AS 2 SMALLER ROOMS. WEST BERGHOLT SOCIAL CLUB HOLD A PREMISES LICENCE TO USE HALF OF THE BUILDING ON EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS, THE SOCIAL CLUB ROOM IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO HIRE DURING THE DAY FROM THE TRUST. THE HALLS ARE LET TO LOCAL AND NON LOCAL RESIDENTS FOR FUNCTIONS, CLUBS, PLAY GROUP ETC.

Uses the income from the village car park to provide and maintain two village halls, childrens playground, village gardens, benches for the public and general beautification of the village and related coastal area.

The provision of income for the purpose of furthering the religious and other charitable work of the Church of England in the parish of St Stephen with St John Westminster and in the parish of St Peter, Pimlico with Christchurch, Westminster.

The repair and maintenance of the Town Hall and for any purpose for the benefit of the inhabitants of Yarmouth.

To provide the inhabitants of flitwick without distinction of sex or political religious or other opinions and in particular for use for meetings lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time ocupations with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

To provide play areas and sports facilities for the inhabitants of Bampton, Oxfordshire.

The running and upkeep of Bramley Village Hall.

Provide rooms for hire for a wide range of community activities

We provide facilities and open spaces for public use and hire. We are situated in the South Downs National Park.The amenities comprise a fully refurbished Village Hall, a playground operated by the Parish Council, kick about soccer pitch, basketball practice area and a 7 acre field for walking and recreation.

a. Providing financial help to those in need within Ufton Nervet and Sulhamstead.b. Financing suitable projects of an educational nature in the area.c. Financing local projects i.e. Village hall, Church and Cricket Club improvementsd. Creation of a Cultural Community Centre, School Classrooms and similar large projects.

The Jubilee Hall provides a venue for local clubs and associations of various sorts, sporting and recreational, catering for all ages from the toddlers to older members of clubs such as the bowls club. The facilities enable the hall to be used for special events, fundraisers, annual dinners for local groups, wedding receptions and so on.
