GHPFA manages and operates the Village Hall and Playing Field in Great Houghton, Northampton. Some of the activities include Village Cricket and Football Clubs, and a Tennis Club. Inside activities include the Womens Institute, Short Mat Bowls Club, Youth Club, Messy Church, Painting Group, Dance and Zumba Groups and other activities as requested and considered appropriate.

Management of the Abshot Community Centre

Provision & maintenance of the Parish Rooms for the use of inhabitants in the area of benefit without distinction of political or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures, classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

Maintenance and management of Nash Mills village hall. The hall is used by the greater community for social activities and gatherings. The hall is self funding and we receive no financial support for running costs from the Parish or local council.

To provide an indoor space facility for local community groups to carry out their relevant activities. And also a venue for private hire.

A public park to be known as the "Victory Sports Ground" for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Borough of Southend-on-Sea and the recreation of the public.

The community centre allows hirings without distinction of political, religious or other opinions for meetings, lectures, educational and demonstrational instruction, recreation and leisure activities.

The Trust Deed dated 19 March 1947 declares that the hall shall be used as and for a Village Institute and for charitable purposes calculated to promote the spiritual, moral, intellectual and physical improvement and welfare and the reasonable recreational advantages and benefit of the residents in and about the Parish of Mappleborough Green.

For the relief of persons in the area of benefit (ie the parish of Pitstone) who are in need, hardship or distress.

The charity offers support to the activities of the Octagon Unitarian Chapel. It provides premises for the Sunday Club for young people. Other groups are permitted to use the premises for social activities as authorised by the Chapel Committee.

Providing facilities for a rural community, visiting post office twice weekly, doctor's surgery, keep fit, bowling, badminton, amateur dramatics, and for private use for parties, wedding receptions and other use for local organisations such as the church for jumble sales and whist and euchre drives.

The object of the charity is the provision, maintenance and hire of Newport Village Hall, Essex.

CULMINGTON VILLAGE HALL PROVIDES BUILDING, FACILITIES AND OPEN SPACE FOR GENERAL CHARITABLE , AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC

The Great Missenden Memorial Centre (GMMC) is a memorial to the men and women of the parish who have died in war. We run the day to day operation of GMMC as a recreational facility for the inhabitants of Great Missenden and the surrounding area. In addition we are responsible for the internal upgrading and refurbishment of the centre.
