Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust (formerly Jo's Trust and set up in 1999) is the only UK charity dedicated to women and their families affected by cervical cancer and cervical abnormalities. We offer a range of online and face to face support to ensure women never feel alone at any stage of their journey. Based in Nottingham, we provide support services for vulnerable adults to prevent, intervene in and aid recovery from homelessness by providing open access services that address people's multiple and complex needs; basic services like food and clothing, multidimensional support, medical and mental health services and a social inclusion programme. We delver the Winter Shelter which has 20 beds.

Swansea Carers Centre is a local charity supporting carers within the City & County of Swansea. We support all carers of those with an illness or disability, including learning disability, mental health problems, physical disability, dementia and other long term limiting illnesses. This also includes parents of children with a disability or chronic illness.

We raise funds for the relief of cancer patients in Shropshire Telford & Wrekin and Mid Wales. Donations are made to assist with the purchase of equipment and to ensure that cancer facilities are of a very high standard. Current fundraising to achieve this is through the Ruby Appeal. We are also looking at projects to encourage public engagement with screening programmes and awareness of symptoms

Dementia Support was started by a group of local people who had been personally touched by dementia.The aim is to work alongside existing organisations to bring together and enrich their offering and the services they provide and to ultimately provide exceptional dementia care.
