The Foundation empowers people infected, affected and at risk of HIV/AIDS, to alleviate their physical, emotional and financial hardship, enabling them to improve their quality of life, live with dignity and exercise self determination. It funds broad ranges of services and operational research, focusing on the most disadvantaged and high risk groups both in the UK and around the world.

Frontline AIDS is the new name of the International HIV/AIDS Alliance. The charity is the UK-based secretariat of a global partnership of national organisations working to support community action on HIV and AIDS. The Egmont Trust works through partner organisations to improve the lives of children affected by HIV&AIDS in countries with high infection rates and high levels of poverty. We provide grants as well as technical assistance to our partners, who are mainly community-based organisations or local NGOS, but also include some private sector and local government initiatives.

The objects of the Sussex Beacon are to promote the prevention and control of the illness known as HIV/AIDS by public education and research and to relieve personal suffering from this illness and to support the families and friends of these persons. To this end the charity runs a ten bedroom in patient unit offering respite, convalescent and terminal care, and a day care service.

Body & Soul is a pioneering UK charity delivering a proven transformational programme for people of all ages who have experienced childhood adversity, including those affected by family disruption, suicidal behaviour and HIV.

BHIVA is the leading UK association representing professionals in HIV care. Since 1995, we have been committed to providing excellent care for people living with and affected by HIV. BHIVA is a national advisory body on all aspects of HIV care and we provide a national platform for HIV care issues. Our representatives contribute to international, national and local committees dealing with HIV care
