PROVIDING A SERVICE TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS, OVER 8 YEARS OLD, WHO ARE EXPERIENCING ILL MENTAL HEALTH BY PROVIDING RESOURCES AND TOOLS, THROUGH 1-1 SESSIONS, ON HOW TO IMPROVE AND MANAGE THEIR MENTAL HEALTH, AND BY EQUIPPING PARENTS/CARERS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH TOOLS TO HELP SUPPORT SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IMPROVE AND MANAGE THEIR MENTAL HEALTH.

The charity runs a shop and tea bar at Orpington Hospital.

A hub to bring together individuals living with Dementia and individuals over 65yrs who are at risk of social isolation to provide meaningful activities, entertainment and events, build friendships, improve well being and reduce social isolation.

We provide mental health services through our mental health crisis cafe. We counsell and provide mental health services to patients throughout Cheshire West and Chester/Cheshire East/Wirral and Merseyside.

Drop-in not for profit community cafe, providing low cost nutritious meals. Provide volunteer placements in the cafe. We have a drop-in facility to help with any problems including budgeting, formfilling, counselling, listening ear, use of phone, help with findind housing, help with sorting utility problems etc. We serve the marginalized in our society. Provision of professional theatre presentations, drama interventions, preventions, life skill training, and workshops with and for people affected by addiction (chemical or otherwise)

Viewpoint is an independent charity which has been running for around 12 years with the aim of supporting people to use their personal experiences of mental health and/or drug & alcohol issues to improve services. We do this in many ways from local forums and user representation to focus groups and user delivered training.

THE LEAGUE OF FRIENDS GENERALLY SUPPORTS THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE NUFFIELD ORTHOPAEDIC CENTRE. IE IT PROVIDES AMENITIES FOR PATIENTS AND STAFF AND ASSISTS WITH THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT, WHICH WHILE NOT ESSENTIAL, WILL PROMOTE IMPROVED TREATMENT AND, OR COMFORT FOR PATIENTS AND STAFF.

We ensure that our work recognises and helps to address challenges faced by marginalized groups, 2. We do this through workshops, training courses, counselling, awareness raising, information, emotional and practical support, and related activities.

Touchpoint operates a community hub, well-being initiative, and free foodshare project. Based in Stansted Mountfitchet, Essex, we serve local towns and villages in Uttlesford, Essex and Hertfordshire. Working with specialist partners we facilitate and deliver an array of services addressing issues around mental health, social isolation, physical well-being and financial stress.

WISH provides support and services to women with mental health needs within the Mental Health and Criminal Justice Systems, and in the community; and influences local and national policy and practice.

We provide relief to those affected by Perinatal Mental Illness via peer support / advice as well as sign posting to other services that complement the statutory services. We offer advice for the health and education to the public in relation to Perinatal Mental Illness and particularly new parents/families enabling them support.

RCCG - Calvary Love City Chester had a variety of activities and events towards achieving it objectives of advancing the Christian faith - Water and Holy Spirit Baptismal Class for new convert.Conferences were also held for young people tagged "Addiction For Jesus" and CLCC Leaders retreat. Calvary Love City Christmas community outreach (visit to residential care home).

Our main activities are to provide: - 1:1 counselling or psychotherapy for young people. - Assessment & support planning - Carer & parenting support- Ongoing supervision, training for our partners & stakeholders in the wellbeing of young people5) We also run forums in the community around difficult, often marginalised issues affecting young people and their families.

To provide a service that gives help & support to families & carers of drug and alcohol users, as our specialism, and also to carers of people suffering with dementia, disabilities, mental ill health and the elderly.To raise awareness & educate the wider community on related issues.

The reduction of neonatal mortality in South East Asia; with a specific focus on advancing neonatal care, through capacity building, including doctor, midwife and nurse training, through long-term partnerships with local public health providers. The provision of basic and specialist medical equipment.

Advice. Free, confidential advice from trained volunteers on a range of topics, debt, benefits, employment/consumer rights & many more.Transport Scheme. Volunteer drivers take elderly and infirm people to various destinations including hospital, doctors, shopping & Day Centres.Good Neighbour Scheme. Volunteers visiting people in their own home to help with paperwork & to alleviate loneliness.
