NERAF provide peer 1-2-1 recovery coaching & peer groups for people who have substance addictions & their family/carers. NERAF work to achieve outcomes in, Mental, Physical & Emotional Health &Wellbeing,HousingEducation/Employment, Relationships, Finance,Offending, Living Skills. Raising public awareness through a monthly newsletter,website,conferences,partnership working,training & networks.

To relieve and support patients and former patients of the hospital and the wards and departments at the hospital in carrying out their work.

To provide relief of young persons between the ages of 12 and 19 in Cornwall who have been diagnosed with cancer by the provision of vouchers for experiences/special days. An account set up in Treliske Hospital for teenagers & families to have access to food & drink at all times. The provision of grants & individual requests from beneficiaries to get them through & enhance everyday life.

We support children and young people up to the age of 30 and their families affected by Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1). We organise residential camps for children and days out for families. We are passionate about mental health and wellbeing. We work closely with health visitors to raise awareness and early diagnosis of NF1.

Our mission is to provide holistic and integrated multi-disciplinary services for disabled children, their families and the communities living in Dien Ban District, Central Vietnam. We employ 38 Vietnamese people and provide special education, physiotherapy, speech therapy and access to dental care. We are funded entirely by voluntary donations.

Counselling in the Community is a self referral mental health service offering adult, children and young persons' counselling to Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde. These are areas where it can be difficult to access mainstream services and private counselling can be costly.

To promote the practice, teaching, spreading and general advancement of the Serene Reflection Meditation School of Buddhism as exemplified within the Order of Buddhist Contemplatives. This is done through the thorough training of monks, and the support of our lay congregation, by a full programme of retreats, residential training, festivals, Dharma weekends and meditation days throughout the year.

Fresh Start Charity provide work experience to those classified as NEET (not in employment, education or training) in our shop based in Ipswich. We provide training in Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service & Warehouse management and help them to manage their mental health in the work place. We also provide a welcoming cafe for the community to reduce loneliness and provide a Community Fridge.

We keep the families at the centre of how we shape our services. We support babies, children and young people aged 0 - 18 living with life limiting and life threatening conditions including after death care. We help support them through activities such as, advocacy, family days, parent groups and bereavement support. We do this in the community and base our services in Buckinghamshire.

Providing Health and Social Care throughout Fairford, Lechlade and the Surrounding Villages. Our services include End of Life Home Nursing care, Patient Transport for medical related appointments and a weekly Lunch Club for the isolated and lonely. We provide funding to various local community groups. We have a Charity Shop based in Lechlade.

This charitable company operates a supported housing centre and separate groups within the community to help women who want support as they move on from trauma and turmoil. Life events may include addiction, family breakdown, neglect, abuse and disempowerment. Professional staff help women to address individual needs, explore life goals and find the self-confidence to move on.

To provide housing and support for elderly people primarily but not exclusively of African & Caribbean origin in Newham to enable them to live as independently as possible and to organise activities such as Keep Fit, Healthy eating, Computer use, Tai-chi, Soft furnishings, for both resident and non-resident service users to mitigate loneliness and isolation.

The objects of the charity are to provide almshouses for persons in need of assistance who are over fifty years of age and can live independently and look after themselves. Applicants must have been living in the City of Worcester and areas of Herefordshire for the two years immediately proceding their application.

The Cardigan Centre's public building is used for community activities, educational courses and constructive leisure and welfare programmes, and has offices leased to local enterprises. The Preoperative Association is a medical specialist society with over 600 members providing guidance, training and setting national standards for inter-professional healthcare teams involved in preoperative assessment and preparation of surgical patients. Improving the standard of care delivered to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
