Activities & Mission
HemingfordHub is a good neighbour scheme for the villages of Hemingford Grey and Hemingford Abbots in Cambridgeshire. We provide help with those small tasks, such as shopping, prescription collection, lifts to medical appointments as well as email and telephone buddies.
