Charity raises money and makes Grants to support the operation of Little Baddow Chapel and related buildings including a Village History Centre

We have added to our museum's features a DVD player with film of the historic buildings in the village and a free footpath guide for visitors to follow. We use one of our display cabinets for local displays of interest - this year we had a display for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, also on the history of the telephone.

Local amenity society for the suburb of Balham, in south London. Organises public meetings and talks about the history of the area, as well as a forum for discussion about current issues for the community, including planning matters.

We assist the P.C.C. of St Marys Handsworth to maintain and preserve the 12th century church which is grade II* English Heritage, and collect funds as a reserve to meet future expenses for same and we work for the public benefit, especially local inhabitants by stimulating interest in the upkeep of St Mary's Church and in its history, especially with James Watt, Matthew Boulton and William Murdock

The charity was set up in the 16th century to help the poor. It is now inactive and so all monetary dues to it are paid over to the Betenson Trust which is another charity whose purpose is the upkeep of local almshouses.

To co-operate with the Parochial Church Council of Holy Trinity Church Much Wenlock in the preservation , repair, maintenance, restoration, improvement and ornamentation of the fabric and interior of HT Church. The King's Shropshire Light Infantry Regimental Museum incorporates the traditions and history of the Regiment. It collects, documents, conserves, exhibits and interprets items relevant to the history of the Regiment.
