We run the day to day operation of GMMC as a recreational facility for the inhabitants of Great Missenden and the surrounding area. In addition we are responsible for the internal upgrading and refurbishment of the centre.

The memorial hall continues to provide a venue for local organizations from within and outside the parish of Perranzabuloe, for a wide range of activities and catering for all ages. The hall has completed an extension on the side of the hall, which will includes storage facilities for hall users. A kitchen, extra space on side of stage for Perranporth players and the pantomime.

The Trustees apply the net annual income, and may, if necessary resort to the capital, in making awards to help the children of Old Rugbeians, who are in need of financial assistance, to attend or remain at Rugby School.
