The main aims of the charity are the promotion of the Catholic religion and hospitality to all visitors to the Abbey, in the spirit of the Rule of St Benedict. To preserve the spiritual identity of the Abbey and its Benedictine community through maintenance projects to preserve the Abbey and its building; and running the Abbey's tea shop, farm shop and art gallery for the benefit of its visitors.

The principal activities of the company in the year under review were those of the management and development of Oriel Plas Glyn-y-Weddw Gallery.Our mission statement can be interpreted as thus:To make Oriel Plas Glyn-y-Weddw one of the leading regional art galleries in Wales and an integral asset to local communities in the Dwyfor area.

The October Gallery is an arts complex dedicated to the appreciation of the transvangarde - the cross-cultural avant garde. We are a membership organisation for those interested in the history and archaeology of Sussex. We open six historic properties to the visiting public. Each property has its own museum and provides education services for children. We are a research organisation and carry out our own excavations as well as providing support and advice for other local researchers in both history and archaeology.

The Contemporary Art Society is a national charity that encourages an appreciation and understanding of contemporary art in the UK. With the help of our members and supporters we raise funds to purchase works by new artists which we give to museums and public galleries across the UK where they are enjoyed by a national audience now and for the future.

We are establishing Britain's missing Migration Museum - a moving and inspiring permanent cultural institution to explore how migration to and from the country over the ages has shaped us as individuals, communities and nations. THE YORKSHIRE AIR MUSEUM & ALLIED AIR FORCES MEMORIAL WAS FORMED IN 1985 ON THE FORMER W.W.2 BOMBER COMMAND STATION, R.A.F ELVINGTON, WITH THE MAIN FOCUS OF PROMOTING THE HISTORY OF AVIATION AND TO PROVIDE A LASTING MEMORIAL TO ALL ALLIED AIR FORCES. THE MUSEUM IS HOME TO OVER 47 COMPLETE AIR FRAMES ON A 20 ACRE PARKLAND SITE WITH OVER 15 PERMANENT EXHIBITIONS.

Arts at the Old Fire Station encourages people from all backgrounds to understand and shape the world in which we live through stories, creativity and the arts, and by connecting with others. We have a gallery, theatre, dance studio and Cafe. We support artists and include people facing disadvantage. We support services to evaluate their work using Story Telling Methodology.

The charity runs a primary school for girls of the orthodox Jewish faith in Edgware. The charity supplements the school curriculum by providing additional activities that will (a) expand the knowledge of the pupils by arranging trips to museums and other educational and recreational venues, and (b) teach new skills, for example after school clubs teaching dance, art and drama.

Hospital Rooms is an arts and mental health charity that believes in the enduring power of art to instil value, dignity and wellbeing in people. We commission museum quality artists to create thoughtful, therapeutic and creative environments in mental health units and run arts workshops for service users. We focus on co-production and work in genuine partnership with each unit's community.

The company was established to operate the museum at Amberley, to preserve and restore artefacts of interest and importance that might otherwise be destroyed, to maintain and develop the unique collections and by exhibitions, demonstrations, lectures printed publications and other means to educate the public in the tools, inventions, technologies, customs and social history of previous generations

Chisenhale Gallery supports artists to pursue new directions and to produce their most ambitious work to date. We enable audiences to experience this process of commissioning and producing art, and to learn from it through critical reflection, discussion and participation. Chisenhale Gallery is a key organisation for artist-led education activities for the local community.

The charity's aims are to support the Bible Lands Museum in Jerusalem. It does this by administering the trust fund and its income and applying them for the furtherance of education. The policies adopted in furtherance of these objects are to distribute the funds as and when the trustees see fit.

The Foundation's mission is to advance the arts and art education by promoting the oevre of Lilly Fenichel, placing her works, many of which are owned by it,with important museums and galleries and selected private collections.The Foundation intends to produce a catalogue raisonee,catalogue her archives and trace her work.Eventually,when funds are available, grants will be made to support artists.

On March 7th 2012, the Trust became an independent body for the receipt and management of funds, including the transfer of unrestricted reserves from the Imperial War Museum in pursuit of its objectives.

The Association of Independent Museums (AIM) connects, supports and represents independent museums in the UK. We are a membership organisation with approximately 1200 organisational and individual members.
