The Watts Gallery Trust seeks to promote the understanding and appreciation of the Victorian artist G F Watts OM RA 1817-1904 and the ceramic artist Mary Seton Watts, in the context of the 19th Century, and to promote Compton as a centre for exploring Victorian art, social history and craft for present and future generations.

The South London Gallery is a nationally and internationally recognised centre of excellence in the provision of contemporary visual art exhibitions and live art events, with integrated education and outreach programmes.

Modern Art Oxford was established as the Museum of Modern Art to present exhibitions of modern and contemporary visual art including paintings, drawings, prints, sculptures, design, photographs, video, film and works of art of any other media and to advance the education of the general public in the visual arts.

Historic 18th Century Landscape Park

The Foundation provides funds to advance, as far as may be exclusively charitable, the education of the public in the sea, ships, time and the stars, and their importance and relationship with people, in particular (but without limitation) by promoting or supporting such of the charitable objects of the National Maritime Museum as the Trustees of Charity shall determine from time to time.

House of Illustration is the UK's only public gallery dedicated solely to illustration. The Charity maintains and provides public access to and interpretation of a historic botanic garden. It provides formal and informal opportunities for all people to learn about plants, their use and their history.

The Trust's role is to support the preservation, conservation and interpretation of the Museum collections, historic buildings and landscape of the Gunnersbury estate for the public benefit, to help develop the museum service and to support the provision of sporting and leisure facilities for the enjoyment and benefit of all. Making grants to charitable organisations to promote places and objects of natural beauty in the UK and in Hayling Island in particular, the restoration of canals and other inland waterways in the UK, the relieving of suffering of horses, ponies or donkeys, the promotion of historic vehicles and in particular steam trains and the establishment of community transport schemes in the UK.

The charity runs an education centre (the National Holocaust Centre & Museum) providing an opportunity for schoolchildren, professionals, groups working in local communities and the public to examine, learn and apply the lessons for humanity from the events of the Holocaust and contemporary acts of injustice. The gardens provide a place for reflection and memorial for survivors and relatives.
