The object of the Charity are for the benefit of the public in the advancement of education in the subjects of archaeology and the historic environment.Our aim is to stimulate enquiry and promote active discovery through partnership and participation, widening access to and appreciation of the value of heritage.

The CCT is registered as a charity (number 258612) . It's governing document is the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011. It's main object is the preservation, in the interests of the nation and of the Church of England, of redundant churches and parts of churches of historic and archaeological interest or architectural quality vested in the Trust, together with their contents.

The Trust exists to advance, promote and further conservation maintenance and protection of wildlife and its habitats, places of natural beauty, places of zoological, botanical, geographical, archaeological or scientific interest and features of landscape with geological, physiographical or amenity value in particular, but not exclusively in ways that further biodiversity.

The Trust advances the education of the public in archaeology, history and related disciplines associated with the City of York and elsewhere and promotes the preservation and display of collections of archaeological material and carries out research and disseminates the results.This is achieved by running visitor attractions and providing archaeological services.

The principal activity of the company during the year was the education of the public in archaeology through the provision of archaeological services.

To conserve the Mary Rose and her artefacts and display them to a wide audience.To maintain the archives and publish archaeological information and to promote and make accessible, research and knowledge relating to the Mary Rose.To provide world class expertise for maritime archaeology and the conservation of material recovered from underwater.To enable lifelong learning and outreach.

The objects of the Charity are to provide public benefit through educational archaeology and historic environment activities.

The Heritage Trust of Lincolnshire is established to advance public understanding, knowledge and appreciation of all matters relating to the cultural and physical heritage of Lincolnshire with particular regard to its archaeology and architecture with their associated landscapes, social history and traditional skills, and to promote their preservation and continuity for public enjoyment.

Salisbury museum collects, preserves and presents collections that illustrate Salisbury and South Wiltshires past (including archaeology of national status). It encourages learning, research, publication and enjoyment of those collections through services which include display, educaiton and events.

Conservation of churches and chapels of historic and archaeological importance for benefit of members of the communities in which they are located and for the benefit of the wider public..The relief of people who are in need due to age ,ill health ,disability, social disadvantage.To Benefit the residents of the communities in which such churches are located by adapting and improving premises.

We are a membership organisation for those interested in the history and archaeology of Sussex. We open six historic properties to the visiting public. Each property has its own museum and provides education services for children. We are a research organisation and carry out our own excavations as well as providing support and advice for other local researchers in both history and archaeology.

The Foundation's mission is to promote the advancement and research, including publication, of marine and maritime archaeology with particular but not exclusive focus on the Eastern Mediterranean with an emphasis on Lebanon, Syria and Cyprus. The Foundation also supports safeguarding and promoting the protection of underwater cultural heritage (UCH).

The British Institute at Ankara (BIAA) supports, facilitates, promotes and publishes British research focused on Turkey and the Black Sea littoral in all academic disciplines within the arts, humanities and social sciences, whilst maintaining a centre of excellence in Ankara focused on the archaeology and related subjects of Turkey.
