RAISING MONEY TO SUPPORT MILLAIS SCHOOL BY HOLDING FUNDRAISING EVENTS SUCH AS QUIZ NIGHTS, PROM FASHION EVENTS, PHOTO DAYS, THEATRE TRIPS, THE SALE OF SECOND-HAND UNIFORM & REFRESHMENTS AT EVENTS & PARENTS EVENINGS.

Supports the charitable activities of The Gibson Library, The King Edward VI Almshouses, The Saffron Walden Museum and other charities local to Saffron Walden and its people.

The main purposes of the WI are to enable women who are interested in issues associated with rural life, including arts, crafts and sciences, to improve and develop conditions of rural life, to advance their education in citizenship, in public questions both national and international, in music, cultural subjects and branches of agriculture, handicrafts, home economics, health and social welfare.

The objectives of the Society are to encourage a wider appreciation of music amongst those who live, work, worship in or are visitors to central London. To this end, the Society presents a regular and varied programme of recitals and concerts at its home base of Holy Sepulchre Holborn, also known as the National Musicians' Church.

To advance the education of young members of the public in agriculture, home crafts, country life and related subjects and in the interests of such members to provide facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupations.

Two almshouses provided for widows of the village of Felthorpe.

THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMODATION FOR CHRISTIAN WORKERS, CHRISTIAN MISSIONARIES ON FURLOUGH, AND OTHERS IN NEED OF ACCOMODATION, WHETHER ON A SHORT TERM OR LONGER TERM BASIS;THE RAISING AND DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHILDREN OF OVERSEAS CHRISTIAN MISSIONARIES.

The Northavon Singers is a mixed voice (4-part) choir, performing two to three public concerts per year, in addition to a number of local events such as Christmas Carol concerts for local residential and nursing homes and ad hoc events on request. Some profits are donated to local and national charities, as and when viable. The choir has approximately 15 members.

TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONGST THE PUPILS OF YSGOL CRUG GLAS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AT THE SCHOOL, NOT USUALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, AND MAY - FOSTER MORE EXTENDED RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STAFF, PARENTS & OTHERS - ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS ATTENDING IT - HELP PROVIDE FACILITIES TO MEET THE SPECIAL NEEDS OF THE PUPILS

THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONDITIONS OF RURAL LIFE AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN CITIZENSHIP, PUBLIC QUESTIONS, CULTURAL SUBJECTS, HOME ECONOMICS, HEALTH AND SOCIAL WELFARE

To raise money for the school and to ensure inclusion for all as the school is a community startegic facitlity for special needs.

TO PROVIDE HOUSING ACCOMODATION FOR THOSE IN NEED MAINLY FOR THOSE LIVING IN THE AREAS OF PENMYNYDD, PENTRAETH, LLANDDYFNAN AND LLANFIHANGEL ESGEIFIOG, ANGLESEY.

Regular meetings for all Asians and all interested parties.One-to-one Bible studies.Home visitation and pastoral care of Asians.Providing speaker for churches in the city, Asian conventions in NW.Training Christians in Asian culture, religion and community relations.
