The Connection at St Martin's works with people who are rough sleeping to move away from, and stay off, the streets of London. We're alongside people as they recover from life on the streets and move towards a meaningful, fulfilling future away from homelessness and into shelter.

PROVIDE DOMICILIARY SUPPORT TO VULNERABLE ADULTS IN THEIR OWN HOME

The Orchard Trust aims to improve the quality of life of people with a learning disability and those who care for them by the provision of flexible high-quality services. These include Supported Living, residential homes, residential short breaks, day care activities and domiciliary care services. The Trust is also an independent training provider, registered with City & Guilds.

We provide palliative care for the people of Burnley & Pendle (and Rossendale for inpatient facilities) suffering from cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. We also provide support for their relatives and carers. We do this primarily with our 10 bed inpatient unit, our day service and outpatient facility and our Hospice at Home team who look after patients in their own homes.

We are committed to uplifting children and the homeless across the United Kingdom. We are passionate about protecting the environment, recognizing that a healthy planet and harmonious communities are vital for the well-being of all.

Animal welfare including rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of companion animals (dog and cats ), animal welfare education activities, outreach work.

Support people with Mental Health and Learning disabilities

HACT is a charity, social enterprise and industry-focused think/do tank established by the housing association sector.Our aim is to work with the housing sector, government, civil society and communities to develop and share innovative approaches to meeting changing needs. We seek to influence and innovate in ways which help housing providers deliver more effectively within their communities.

Specialist support to adults with autism through provision of registered care homes, supported living, community and domiciliary care services. Community Access advice and support. University Mentoring services. Facilitating social groups to increase wellbeing. Training and campaigning to raise local and national government awareness of the challenges and needs of those with autism.

The charity runs Activity Centres, Community Clubs and activities, Information and Advice Services, including home visits and a money advice service; Help at Home Services; Home from Hospital Support, Hospital Take Home & Settle, and Relative Support services, Community Support projects, Social Prescribing, Wellbeing projects throughout West Sussex, and Carer Support Services.

Provision of care home facilities and housing for retired and disabled seafarers, their widows and dependants.

Provides homes and welfare support for homeless people and general needs housing

We advance the study of nursing and promote excellence in nursing practice. We raise funds to provide scholarships for nurses and midwives, to study at home or abroad to provide innovation in practice, extend skills to meet changing needs.

Martha Trust has two care homes for people with profound and complex disabilities. Each home has 14 bedrooms offering lifelong care. It is our philosophy that all residents should enjoy every day of their lives. We offer various activities including:- aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, music, physiotherapy, occupational and speech and language therapy.

The charity runs St. Vincent's Nursing Home in Eastcote, Pinner, Middlesex, a Care Home built to a very high standard that can cater for up to 60 residents all with en-suite facilities. The Home especially caters for residents with a religious background, having an integrated chapel on site where Mass is celebrated frequently, but freely admits residents of all faiths.

St Rocco's Hospice aims to provide quality care and support for those people and their loved ones with life limiting disease who live in the Warrington area to enable each person to find comfort, hope, strength and peace. We provide Specialist in-patient palliative care, day unit therapies and Outpatient services and Family Support, and offer general Hospice at Home care.

In countries affected by conflict and war, Women for Women International supports the most marginalised women to earn and save money, improve health and well-being, influence decisions in their home and community, and connect to networks for support. By utilising skills, knowledge, and resources, they are able to create sustainable change for themselves, their families, and their communities.

The objectives are 1) provision of relief to families in crisis from poverty, conflict, hardship, homelessness, ill health or addiction 2) relief of needs of overwhelmed and resource limited parents and their children through the provision of safe, temporary family stays for their children and 3) protection of the physical and mental health of the children. Support provided through volunteers.

Shelter Cymru exists to defend the right to a safe home, because home is everything. We will always fight for home, and for everyone without one. Together, we can fight the devastating impact the housing emergency has on people and society. We never give up.

ST GEORGE'S CRYPT PROVIDES PRACTICAL CARE AND SUPPORT FOR HOMELESS, DESTITUTE AND DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE. IT OPERATES IN THE LEEDS AREA. THE CRYPT RUNS ONE HOSTEL FOR PEOPLE WITH A BACKGROUND OF ADDICTION; IT ALSO PROMOTES A PROGRAMME OF TRAINING AND ENGAGEMENT AND ACTIVELY PROMOTES RESETTLEMENT. THE CRYPT IS A FAITH-BASED CHARITY.THE CHARITY ALSO RUNS THREE SHOPS .

RBMHO exists to meet the ever increasing need of, and bring relief to, accredited Baptist Ministers and Rev spouses who need safe and secure homes in the years following retirement from pastoral service, having been in service in excess of 15 years, (18 years in churches in union with BUGB) or Baptist Missionaries who have served BMS World Mission primarily outside of the UK for at least 15 years.

With year's of experience we know that homelessness and addiction often go hand in hand. We're one of the few places in the country to operate an alchohol and substance tolerant policy, so people who stay at Cosgarne are able to address their issues in a realistic environment whilst we help them look for more permanent accomodation or work with other agencies in addressing their addiction issues.

The charity operating as Stonepillow is principally engaged in the relief of homelessness and social exclusion. Services include hostels, day centres, a furniture recycling social enterprise project, supported accommodation and a recovery project for those dependent on drugs, alcohol and suffer from mental health.
