To provide homes to meet the needs of service users with learning disabilities, to create a modern enviroment with the best care and fascilities possible.

Shap provides a range of supported housing services across Merseyside. These services range from the provision of emergency accommodation for young homeless people to specialist support for young parents. We work in communities to support people who have been homeless or who are vulnerable because of mental health issues, drug or alcohol use or other factors.

Caring Connections is a registered charity which specialises in providing a range of projects and services aiming to improve the health and wellbeing of vulnerable groups across the Liverpool city region. The organisation is registered with CQC to deliver targeted home care services to adults with care needs within the local community.

The provision of residential care and accommodation (and associated facilities, amenities and services) for persons with a connection to Cheshire, Wirral and their surrounding areas who are experiencing financial hardship or otherwise for the relief of aged, disabled (whether mentally or physically) or chronically sick people.

To express the teachings of Christ by caring for the aged by means of the provision of residential accommodation (including nursing, medical and other care) for retired people of professional and similar backgrounds. The charity operates two homes offering care with nursing to people aged 65 and over at Brockenhurst (Forest Oaks, 46 beds) and Dibden Purlieu, Southampton (Little Haven, 41 beds).

KeyRing supports OVER 1500 vulnerable adults to build skills and networks needed to live independently in their own homes each year. Within the KeyRing Networks, mutual support, community engagement and social connections are facilitated by our volunteers and staff. Other activities include Ancora helping 1400 people in hardship in Oldham and the North Yorkshire Advocacy Service.

Community Advice and Law Service, trading as Leicester Community Advice and Law Centre, provides an independent specialist legal advice service in social welfare law including debt, housing, welfare benefits and immigration. We also provide financial capability support through the Moneywise Living project, energy advice and generalist advice at Foodbanks.

We are a Roman Catholic missionary society which supports Christian communities and works to spread the Christian message at home and abroad. We seek to relieve poverty, promote dialogue and reconciliation between different peoples, attend to the needs of vulnerable groups, counteract the causes and adverse effects of the climate crisis and promote and protect biodiversity.

The Charity runs a convalescent home in Rustington near Littlehampton to provide long or short term convalescent care for men or women who are recovering from sickness or surgery and to provide respite care for those in need.

The provision of sheltered housing for elderly people

Horsfall House is a home in Minchinhampton supporting the local elderly population. We provide residential care, including for those with dementia, care within the home and access to a day centre. While many residents pay the full cost of care, the charity subsidises care for the less well off ensuring they can stay within the community and makes capital investments to benefit all users.

Whilst the Barratt Redrow Foundation adopts general charitable objects, the key areas of focus are helping UK communities to thrive, focusing on children, young people and those most disadvantaged. The Centre's mission is to improve the lives of people experiencing homelessness by ensuring that policy,practice and funding decisions are underpinned by robust evidence.

Little Village makes a big difference to families with babies and young children living in poverty across London. Via our network of baby banks we pass on loved goods from one family to another (clothes, toys and equipment). Families either visit a Little Village hub, or items are packed with care and delivered to their home. We also connect families into a wider network of support.

Stoll is the leading provider of supported housing to vulnerable and disabled Veterans. Stoll house over 280 Veterans across five sites and hundreds more across the country through the Veterans Nomination Scheme. Stoll offer life-changing support including employability, mental health and outreach services as well as vocational activities.

The charity provides support for those working in or retired from the horseracing and thoroughbred industry including: provision of occupational health and mental health services; a 24 hour support line; advice and guidance; community events for working and retired staff; grants to individuals and organisations; housing; career advice and training support.

THIS IS ACHIEVED BY GIVING ADVICE ON A RANGE OF SUBJECTS FROM CAREERS (INCLUDING ASSISTANCE WITH FINDING EMPLOYMENT) & EDUCATION TO DRUG ABUSE, HOMELESSNESS & TEENAGE PREGNANCY. ADVIZA ALSO SUPPORTS OTHER CHARITIES & NPOs.

To provide information, support and, if necessary, refuge accommodation to people who have, or, who are, suffering domestic abuse.

QVSR, or the 'Queen Vic', as it is more familiarly known, has been the Seamen's Mission of the Methodist Church since 1843, and is now the last remaining maritime charity providing accommodation and support for seafarers in the East End of London. It is also the largest seafaring hostel of its kind in the UK with accommodation for over 170 men.

The provision of long term residential and nursing care for chronically sick, disabled or elderly men and respite and rehabilitation.

The Centre supports homeless young people and badly housed families, as well as local people with little or no income. We enable people to gain the skills they need to break out of poverty and build better lives.

To provide a range of support services to adults with a learning disability, including the provision of: registered residential care; registered supported living services; day services offering meaningful learning, sport and leisure activities; support for service users to find employment.
